I cannot say enough about this dental clinic. The staff are welcoming and love the smiles I see every time I enter the facility. They are always friendly, courteous, and transparent. Love this place!!

So glad to be back at West Plains Dental! I was a patient here in the past, but after moving and dealing with insurance changes, I had to go elsewhere. Coming back today reminded me of why I loved this office so much. The team is incredibly welcoming and professional, and provides excellent care. It feels great to be back in good hands!

As always a very pleasant experience. I have certainly had some bad experiences with dentists- not these folks! I feel welcome and that I am not just another appointment they need to see. I trust them and would recommend them without reservations.

Dr. McKennon is the best dentist I've ever had! He has been taking care of my dental needs for over a decade. Just as important as his skill in dentistry, is his compassion and caring. Dr. McKennon is aware of the difficulty in getting my mouth numb. He always makes sure that I am comfortable and pain free.

From front desk, scheduling, dental assistants, Dentist, EXCELLENT team! Understanding, patient, caring, skilled. Unlike any other dentist & assistant I've ever seen or worked with, they took their time while performing dental procedures, yet finished earlier than expected because everyone is on the same page. More dental offices should slow it down to do it right the first time.

I had an amazing experience here West Plains Dental! I am a new to this area and the reviews are very acutely written. The team of the office is very genuinely friendly. The receptionist was very knowledgeable of my insurance. Dr. McKennn is soft spoken gentle man and spot on of recommendation for me. Assistant of his, Julia was very friendly and considerate. And hygienist, Stacy is very professional and she took a time to make sure my teeth are great shape again! I have done so much dental work for last 10 years. I had always worried about outcome of visit in first time but team made sure I was very comfortable and felt great after the visit. Additional to that office was very clean and up to date equipments. I will recommend everyone to this office!
