I visited on 6/30 for my 3:30 p.m. appointment. I arrived early, and my treatment was completed quickly. I had a cleaning appointment afterward, but after waiting more than 10 minutes without being called, I went to the front desk. They told me that my cleaning appointment was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., which no one had informed me of beforehand. By 4:15 p.m., I still had not been called, so I went back to the front desk again. They told me the appointment was running behind. After waiting until 4:25 p.m., I decided to reschedule my cleaning appointment. I had to go to the front desk twice, and I ended up wasting about an hour at the dental office. I believed my appointment started at 3:30 p.m. and expected to be finished by 4:30 p.m. I was very disappointed with this visit.

All I can tell ya this place is Top Tier for me. Great staff super friendly, attentive, and genuine. Dr. Dane the best! I am so pleased with my care that believe I have found my end game dentist shop. Long live Dr. Dane and health to all those team members he leads at Bridgeline Dental. I tip my hat to you folks. Thanks for doing what you do. It is comforting knowing that you'll be there when I am in need. -JDC

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I always have a great experience here. Everyone on the staff is friendly, and genuinely willing to help. They do a great job making you feel comfortable, which is saying something because most people don’t put “going to the dentist” at the top of their favorite-things-to-do list.

Today was my first visit to Bridgeline Dental. I was welcomed to their office and received wonderful, caring care. Abby listened to my concerns for my cleaning as I have experienced discomfort in in the past and was attentive to my noted discomfort. A wonderful, comfortable experience. Dr. Schapper was thorough in his exam. I highly recommend Dr. Schapper and his team for your dental needs.

Recently moved cities and was looking for nearby dentists online. Great first experience today with this office. A couple fillings (from other dentists) fell out and one of my back teeth split open, was able to email them Friday and get an appointment asap for Tuesday. Very professional office with nice people working there. They were able to fix both of my teeth same day. They did it quickly with minimal pain. One was a crown, which was more expensive than I was thinking even after insurance, but honestly what product in America hasn’t gone up in price. I’m sure they are competitively priced but I was just happy they were able to get me in so quickly!

The dentist, checking my x-rays and given me time to answer any questions, concerns and very polite as well. Five stars. Overall, one of the best exams I’ve had in my Dental experiences. Clean and personable staff with great expertise. They got me in very quickly from my initial phone call (about a two week wait) and did both my check up and cleaning in the same visit. My next visit was immediately booked and walked out without a bill thanks to my insurance. I’m very happy to have established with this office.

I've always been nervous about dental visits, but I was especially anxious before this visit after my last dentist left me needing a root canal when I only needed a filling. The staff was very kind and transparent about what they were doing throughout the process, which helped ease the anxiety I was feeling. The cleaning was painless (unlike some of my previous ones) and I left actually feeling excited about my next scheduled visit! Amazing practice and caring staff!
