Lia was an amazing hygienist. Explained everything with great detail and took the time to explain each and every step. Dr. Norton was very knowledgeable and kind. I was in great hands. From beginning to end an awesome experience!

I'd highly recommend ADE. This was my first visit. Lia explained things better than any previous dental hygienist. Not only did she announce her processes as she was working, she also provided the reasons. Additionally she provided an explanation linking plaque and bone loss. Dr Jason Ganong was friendly and clear in his explanations of next steps and options. The front office staff was efficient and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and they provided coffee and drinks. They appear to have the latest technology and processes. I think others will also be pleasantly surprised by their service.

The staff here are wonderful and truly understand the unique challenges that some people face, treating everyone with genuine kindness and warmth. The front office team sets a high standard by going out of their way to help patients navigate confusing insurance obstacles. On top of that, scheduling an appointment is easy, the rooms are clean, and the overall environment is highly welcoming.

Dr. Christy Norton is one of the kindest, most patient, and empathetic dentists I have ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, presents clear options, and always does what is best for the patient. Before Dr. Norton, I had a terrible experience at one of those large chain dental offices, where it felt like the focus was more on maximizing procedures than on patient care. They told me I needed TEN cavity fillings or replacements. I found Dr. Norton for a second opinion, and her approach was completely different. She pointed out a few areas and older fillings that she felt should simply be monitored over time, and recommended zero fillings. I’ve been seeing her for years since, and I have never once felt pressured or upsold. I always feel informed, empowered, and included in the decision. She takes the time to explain the “why” behind her recommendations and provides options whenever appropriate. 10/10. I highly recommend Dr. Norton and her team at this office. (P.S. she does Botox too 🤩 and they accept fsa/hsa)

I recently had to find a new dentist after 30 years due to a change in insurance. I chose Arvada Dental Excellence based on reviews, location and they take my insurance. Everyone in the office is professional and takes the time to explain what they will be doing before they do anything and constantly check in to ensure I’m doing okay. The technology in use is impressive. It can be noisy with all the talk between the technicians who are not engaged with a client. I highly recommend this office.

New to ADE and am thrilled to have found them! Lia was fantastic with my cleaning, X-rays and prep for Dr Ganong, as well as being a great person. Dr Ganong was thorough and genuine. They have given me peace of mind having an awesome place to come for all my dental needs. 😊

I am so happy I found Arvada Dental Excellence. I took my teen daughters in and honestly you never know what you’re going to get with a new provider, but EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. We had to leave at a specific time and they worked hard to make that happen. Most importantly my daughters loved their hygienists and the office. Both women explained everything clearly to me and double checked that I was okay with what they wanted to do during the appointment. My girls left happy and talking about the good time they had… yes, that actually happened!! Exceptional dental practice!

I have been going to Arvada Dental Excellence for many years. I’ve moved a bit further away, but still choose to take the extra time to go here because it’s been the best experience of all dentist trips my entire life. I usually have a lot of anxiety around dental work, but their practice has always made me feel a lot more comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and aware of the patient to make it as easy as possible. I never have to wait in the lobby more than 5 minutes at most, which is also super great (other places I’ve had to wait 30-60 mins before, quite regularly too). Overall, always a great experience and I appreciate them. 10/10 recommend!
