Hudec Dental

They made me feel comfortable especially since my teeth need so much attention. I had a few family members that I had to take care of then I fell at work & had to have a full reverse shoulder replacement which has taken a while to heal . So now it's time to take care of my teeth. Thank you for not judging.

On my first visit to this Dentist office, I left feeling hopeful and very satisfied. The Dr was kind and thorough in his explanation. The Office Manager was helpful in explaining my treatment plan, the costs, and my insurance coverage. She even color coded the costs with the treatment plan. It was the first office in 10 years of dental care hell that helped me and made me feel confident in my treatment plan and their ability to provide excellent care. However, today I went for my next scheduled appointment (see appointment card below), the front desk could not find my appointment and said there was no record of an appointment being made. I also had a second appointment for 7/23 @. 3:40, which was also not on their schedule. The lady at the desk was filling in and took my frustration and tears with grace but my next/new appointment isn’t until August and had to be mid day instead of later in the day or I would have had to wait until the end of August. I left today feeling very defeated and questioning my first impression. Please do better HUDEC-Norton, your first impression made you a Unicorn in dental care. Your second impression was hurtful.

I had an appointment with this office and 2 days before I followed their suggestion and in another Hudec Dental location, they extracted my two wisdom tooth. My next appointment was after weekend, Monday. I try to cancel it in phone Friday but they did not answer. And they did not work weekends too. I called them Monday morning to re schedule the appointment and they said they charge 25 dolar. I told Them because of the two wisdom tooth extraction operation I have so much pain but they did not care. They just said instead of calling them, leave a voice mail which I did not know they have a voice mail. It does not matter you die or have a accident or hurt yourself or something else, even following their suggestion and have another serious operation in their another office, you have to pay fees according to the their will. Because of the removing 2 tooth, operation and blood comes from the wounds in my mouth, I asked them to re schedule the appointment but they don’t care. They don’t have any empathy or any understanding. I did my best to get contact with them and they dos not answer my phone calls Friday and it became my mistake. I am going to get contact with my insurance company to inform them about your misjudgment and unfair fee.

This was my first visit and it will not be my last. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very welcoming. Dr. Patterson is very kind and I know he will make sure my teeth stay healthy. Great visit!

Dr. Patterson is one of the best dentist I have ever been seen by. He is very conscientious an thorough during visits. He is very efficient and the best part is there is no pain. When you have an appointment at Hudec Dental everyone is friendly and helpful and on time. I give them all of them a big “ hats 🎩 off” for their service. Christine Stoll

The dentist was the most awesome person ever I was so nervous and he made me feel so relaxed and takes his time does not rush through anything and explained everything to you. Also the front desk receptionist was amazing also. They need more dentist like this one that helps people relax due to anxiety issues and hating needles and takes his time. They get a 100 out of 100 Great place ever.

Hands down the nicest staff ever - from the moment I called to the dentist!! Dr. Patterson is gentle, honest and so kind! Instead of speaking to me in a condescending tone, he asked me what I liked/didn’t like about my smile, my goal and then laid out a treatment plan (& options) to help me achieve my goals! I’m so happy I found this dental office.
