I recommend Dr. Elam to everyone because I know she is amazing ALL of the time. She is a highly skilled perfectionist and such a wonderful human being. Her hygienists are carefully chosen and they too are amazing ALL of the time. If you don’t have insurance, her office plan is awesome! I love Dr. Elam and I promise you will too!

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Dr. Elam and her practice. From the first call to the visit itself, everyone I encountered was so friendly and very efficient. The visit was thorough and Dr. Elam did a great job of explaining my dental health and putting an action plan together.

Quick check in process. No waiting in lobby. X-rays done efficiently and informed of what the x-rays were showing. Took camera pictures of my teeth and gums which show what was missed by my flossing and electric toothbrush! Dental assistant was very personable and efficient in this process and with cleaning my teeth! Maegan Elam, DDS is very pleasant and informative! Ruby their support dog is adorable!!!! They confirmed that I was okay - not allergic or dislike dogs before she was allowed in the my area! I used to come to this dental office and am happy to be able to return!

I had a complicated experience at this dentist today. On the one hand, my hygienist, Dr. Elam, and the front desk woman were all very kind and professional. My cleaning was thorough and I was impressed by their intake questionnaire and technology. However, unfortunately, I ended up owing about $300 at the end of the appointment with no disclosure about this up front. This was a simple new patient visit with a cleaning and quick exam. The woman I spoke to when making the appointment made it seem like my insurance information had been accepted and I wouldn't owe anything, similar to every other dental cleaning I've had in my adult life. My dental insurance website even shows Dr. Elam's office as an in-network provider (still does, as I am writing this) and yet I was told by the dental office and insurance that she is out-of-network and I was essentially required to pay for most of my visit out-of-pocket. They were very kind and understanding and are working with me on a payment plan, but sadly I cannot go back because I cannot afford to pay hundreds of dollars a year on simple cleanings. I wanted to write this to caution potential patients to triple-check your insurance coverage so you don't end up in the same distressing situation. Now, if you get confirmation that insurance covers your visit 100%, then I absolutely highly recommend Dr. Elam's office.

My husband and I went in for cleanings today. It had been about 3 years since our last cleanings. We were apprehensive since it had been so long. Brenda and Jade were wonderful! They were gentle and thorough. Dr. Elam did a checkup afterward and found my husband had a cavity. So thankful for her careful examination. Candis is a delight as a receptionist! Please give Dr. Elam a try!! You won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Elam and Jade! I came in for a deep cleaning, and they both made the entire process so comfortable and stress-free. Jade was incredibly thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Elam was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
