⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Linarducci and his entire staff! Dr. “L,” as we call him, has been my dentist for at least 25 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. Dental care stresses me out at times - so this says a lot . Over the years, they have helped me through every dental issue I’ve had, and they have always been there when I needed them. One thing I especially appreciate is how quickly they respond to messages and how caring and helpful everyone is. The front desk staff are always so kind and welcoming, and the whole office makes you feel like you’re more than just a patient. After 25+ years, that says a lot! Thank you, Dr. L and staff, for taking such great care of me all these years. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients! ❤️🦷

I had to find a new dentist as my dentist of 40 plus years retired. A family member suggested aesthetic family dentistry as he has always been pleased. Well, had my first visit today and I could not be happier. What stood out to me, was they actually listened to me and respected my input on how I wished to proceed with my dental care. Front office staff was great, i was seen at appointed time, hygienists were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Barbara gave me my exam, and I was quite impressed and felt very comfortable. Fortunately everyone is much younger than am I, so I should be good for awhile!

Love the office and the staff. The dentist themselves are fantastic. My challenge has been the fact that the office has gone downhill over the last several years and has too many patients. It’s next to impossible to get a cleaning appointment every six months. Due to staffing issues they were pushing cleaning appointments 8 to 9 months out. Meaning that while you’re paying insurance for two cleanings a year, you’re really only getting one.

I moved to this area about a year ago and was looking for a new dentist, and I’m so glad I found this office. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and accommodating to my needs. A few months after moving here, I cracked a tooth and it was considered an emergency. They were able to get me in very quickly and took great care of me. Since then, I’ve started my Invisalign journey with them, and the entire process has been smooth and easy. Dr. Singh and the entire staff are absolutely amazing!

Rude Office Manger! My wife and I have been going to Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Bel Air located at 2012 S. Tollgate Road for 5+ years. To date we haven’t had any issues with the hygienist or dentist. Although, I can’t say same for the Office Personnel. On, March 4th, I had a routine dental cleaning. Following my examination, I was told that I may need a costly procedure in the near future. I opted to hold off making that decision until after my next dental cleaning that should be scheduled for mid-September, which is 6-months from now. However, the Office staff scheduled my next appointment for mid-November, which is 8-months from now. And, they told me that 8-months is the best they can do, not 6-months as routinely done in the past. I explained that I really needed an appointment no later then mid-October (7-months out) so that the need for this costly procedure could be reassessed before my Dental Benefit “Open Season” commences in November. And I explained that, I’m trying to save myself thousands of out-of-pocket costs by possibly adding additional dental coverage during Open Season, if the procedure is indeed needed. It was at this time that a second office worker interrupted the conversation and loudly began spewing rhetoric about some National Dental Hygienists shortage. The whole time this woman was literally yelling while staring directly at me. I remained civil and politely stated that I could hear her and that she didn’t need to yell at me. Smugly, she stated that she just talks loudly. Regardless, I asked to be placed on a Cancellation List. Her loud tone and rhetoric continued, but after some back and forth she reluctantly told the person who was assisting me to place me on a Wait List. I asked what that Wait List was, and after some huffs and puffs, and as if I should have known, the woman condescendingly stated that it’s a list of people whose appointments “may” be reassessed if and when the Dental Practice hires additional dental hygienists. I responded by saying that I really need my next dental cleaning appointment by no later than mid-October. I again asked to be placed on a Cancellation List. However, the woman who had now began to walk away, turned back towards me and rudely told me she already addressed my question, as she cut me off in mid sentence. By now I was getting upset, so I asked to speak with the Office Manager. Much to my surprise, the woman responded by saying she was the Office Manage. I asked for her business card. And, again I stated that you hadn’t placed me on the Cancellation List. The woman, Pam, as shown on the Business Card ultimately instructed the person I was dealing with to place me on the Cancellation List as well as the Wait List. That being said, I found it very inappropriate for Pam, the Office Manager to belittle and yell at me in front of her staff and in front of other clients. And although she stated that she wasn’t yelling, I perceived that she was. So that too is an issue. No client should be treated in this manner. Moreover, as Pam was yelling, I could see the office staff looking down at their computer terminals and giggling. Were they giggling at Pam the Office Manager or at me the client. Regardless, that too was inappropriate. Neither the office staff nor I should have been subjected to this type of treatment from the Office Manager. And based on the staffs reaction, this seemed like a routine occurrence from Pam. Additionally, my current dental insurance provides for 2 annual dental cleanings. However, based on this practice’s 8-month scheduling window, it’s unlikely that I will be able to get 2 cleanings next year. Pam’s rationale for the 8-month scheduling window is that there’s a National Dental Hygienists shortage. But, maybe the real issue is that this Dental Practice is just taking on too many clients! In closing, I will NOT recommend Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Bel Air to anyone I know, and it’s likely that I will be changing dental practices in the future.
