Friendly staff who explained as they worked and addressed my concerns as they arose, scheduling is a breeze and they seem to offer a wide range of services. Premier Smiles has lessened my anxiety when it comes to dental procedures quite a bit.

Had my tooth extracted here and before my appointment and during my appointment the staffs were amazing, kind and helpful. I can’t thank the staffs enough for looking out for me and making me feel as much comfortable and safe especially since I have bad anxiety. I love that you have an option of what you need during your appointment with them like a blanket, music, etc. I highly recommend for those who are looking for friendly staff members, great receptionist and a great doctor like Mr. Hyunh who’s there to help you and understand how to help you in every way he can.

Dr. Thai and his and team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had 6 fillings done pain free and done in a timely manner. Ashely and dr Thai were very kind and comforting through out the procedure and even stayed an hour past closing to fit me into the schedule. Very accommodating, patient centered and professional practice.

Have been coming to Dr. Thai and Dr. Nam for a few years now. Great dentists and office staff. Always happy with their service and the quality work!

I had a fantastic experience at Premier Smiles of Bellevue! From the moment I walked in, Maria and Ashley made me feel comfortable with their friendly and gentle approach. It’s clear they are very knowledgeable and passionate about dental care. Dr. Nam is wonderful—he took the time to show me actual photos of my teeth and explained everything using clear, layman’s terms. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact I didn't feel rushed or confused about my treatment plan. What an absolutely AMAZING experience!!! I have found my new dentist! I feel like my comprehensive visit has left me feeling like I have a doable treatment plan that makes sense. Dr. Huynh, Perla, and Maria were very thorough, thoughtful, kind and concise. From taking xrays and pictures and throughout the grading and exam, they took the time to explain what they were doing and helped me to understand what the different numbers mean. Dr. Huynh took time to help me understand what the next steps are, why they are important, and our game plan. Dr. Huynh and the staff are simply INCREDIBLE!!! I am so excited for what the future holds! I feel well cared for here and look forward to getting back the beautiful smile I once took for granted! Thank you!!!
