I have avoided going to the dentist after 2 separate, extremely traumatic events that left me in long term pain and PTSD. I was literally shaking and crying when I arrived. I actually called them to cancel the appointment due to PTSD from the other dentists! ABSOLUTELY every single staff member smiled and greeted me. They were all very compassionate, empathetic and sympathetic to everything I told them. They were extremely supportive and sorry for my past experiences! The office was immaculate!! I left feeling confident I finally found a place to go to get the proper care I need to have superb dental health!!

This place is wonderful. I have mild dental trauma because as a child the assistants at my orthodontists would berate me about the state of my teeth and I have scars on the inside of my mouth from the braces being too large and getting stuck and cutting them. As a result, with most dentists I tend to panic about it. Not only are these people nice enough to acknowledge that this is a real problem and provide nitrous oxide during appointments, but my hygienist is actually so nice that I no longer need it for simple things like cleanings. Never have I felt any kind of pain during a cleaning and I came in there with gums bordering on gingivitis! (They are fully healed now). Excellent service, could not reccommend more.

Dr. Schaack and his team of hygienists are the best around. Top notch service every time and are flexible with scheduling whether it’s routine 3-6 months out or an emergency, they understand and care about your comfort and care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thanks for all the great smiles!!

This office is wonderful from Jessica at the front desk, to Amy, my hygienist, and the dentist. They were very thorough and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Everything was well- explained. The dentist was not trying to sell unnecessary treatments, and had the big picture in mind. This office will help you keep your dental health in good shape! If you are looking for a small practice with an honest, caring staff, this is it!

My son and I absolutely love Dr. Schaack and the entire staff! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Schaack spent a great amount of time with us, thoroughly explaining everything and making sure all of our questions were answered. We truly felt seen and heard throughout the entire visit.
