Devonshire Dental of Boston

I called to set up an appointment (as a new patient) and a woman named Liz answered the phone. Right away I noticed an attitude…… one of those where you can tell the person is tired of working or either answering the phones…Decided to book somewhere else because going to an office with someone who handles the phone like that, already tells me I’ll run into this in the future as well. :)) Hope your day gets better Liz.

I’m new to this practice. From the staff at the front desk to my dental assistant to Dr.Levy - simply the best. He was incredibly patient, walked me through every step of what was the first of two 90 minute visits, frequently checked on my comfort, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing. This practice is in no way pretentious. It feels grounded and authentic. Plus, having a TV to watch on the ceiling really helped me relax. Highly recommend!

I started going to Devonshire when I moved to the area because of the years of fantastic reviews from my parents. I wholeheartedly agree with their comments that the care is excellent and the dentists and staff are kind, fun, and friendly. From cleanings to fillings to crowns to a repaired night guard, I have been pleased with everything. It is a pain in the neck for me to get to Devonshire now, but I continue to make the trek because once you find a great dental practice, you stick with them. Thanks Devonshire Dental

This is definitely one of the best dental offices I've been to. They don't just take you in, look at your teeth, then send you off with a treatment plan and a bill. I was so used to that experience at other practices that when I had my first visit with Dr. Levy I felt confused as to why he was asking so many questions about the pain I was feeling. I eventually realized he was actually doing a thorough assessment in order to recommend only the treatment that was necessary and most effective. What also stands out is how much they value transparency and accountability. If something falls short of that standard they reach out and make it right. That kind of follow-through is rare, and along with the overall care its no wonder why they're so highly rated.

The office was clean and peaceful. Front desk staff were friendly. Dr. Levy was friendly and gentle on my teeth/gums for the cleaning. As someone who is not a fan of the dentist in general I would say my experience here was pleasantly surprising! So happy to have found a dentist that I don’t have to worry about going to!

I hade great experience the other day. I usually get overwhelmed.\nBut I was very comfortable.I was satisfied with our planmoving forward. The doctor and staff was amazing , especially Danielle. I found my new Dentist!
