They changed they're policy at some point and stopped taking my insurance, but never informed me about this at any point until I got a surprise bill in the mail for over $340 for my wife and I to get basic cleanings. There were two of us on separate appointments. They could have told us when we booked, or when we showed up to check in, but they didn't. There were at least four opportunities between the two of us. Thank goodness I had to cancel the 6-month follow-up, because they took so long to bill that if I hadn't I would have unknowingly been charged another $340. And for both of us it was the worst cleaning we had ever had. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Stevens himself, but I will not be coming back after this experience with the rest of his office.

So glad when I moved the Bridgeville a few years ago I found them. Went from being anxious at the dentist to it being a great experience. Definitely recommend them!

Great experience, looking forward to continued work with this practice. After seeing a different practice, I became fed up with more time being spent on pitched different products and how to finance said unnecessary procedures, I find it refreshing to speak to a doctor who's concern is my actual care. Recommend this practice, whole staff was fantastic.

Five star review for Dr. Franz. He explains exactly what needs to be done, and what he is doing during the visit. Also always checks with insurance so there are no surprises. Very thorough.

Finding a new dentist is challenging. A friend recommended doctor Franz. I Couldn't be happier. His hygienist did an exceptional job. Best cleaning I've had in years. The exam was thorough and painless. Dr Franz did not try to sell me any needless procedures. Everyone was courteous and kind. I've definitely found a dentist I can trust.

Very satisfied with service. Friendly and knowledgeable dentist and staff. I had a gold cap needed reattached and liked the dentist’s skills. I was looking forward to having a local family dentist. But the office is located on the 2nd floor with just a long flight of steps. I’m 81 and can easily see that the steps will be a barrier for me to use in the very near future.

My first visit with Dr. Franz and his team. I have not been to the dentist in quite some time, I was a little nervous and anxious, but the hygienist was so comforting and gentle, making my visit an excellent experience. Dr. Franz is also very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this dental office for all of your dental needs.
