My primary care physician incorrectly added another patient's information to my chart, which has caused significant issues in me receiving a medication. So far it's taken three weeks, at least 5 calls to the clinic, and one conversation with a manager and I'm still waiting on this medication because they have not submitted the corrected prior authorization yet. UPDATE: After several weeks, I finally received my medication. I had been calling weekly (sometimes twice a week) and my insurance company even re‑sent paperwork the clinic hadn’t submitted. Nothing changed until I spoke with a manager and left a review. My doctor ended up apologizing and the issue was fixed within a day. I appreciate the apology and the eventual resolution, but the amount of effort required to get a basic prior authorization processed was really frustrating. I hope the clinic improves communication and follow‑through so other patients don’t experience the same thing.

I am a patient of dental and vision and occasionally, medical. My dental appointments are always top notch. I never feel like I am having unnecessary wirk done and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. big thank you to Wendy, Dr. Makula and Dr. Z. Vision: I want to thank Dr. Williams, Dr. Ford, Gina and José for their exceptional care. At my last few appointments, Dr. Williams made me feel extremely comfortable and educated me about everything she was doing. At this appointment, I was introduced to single use contact lenses, which are life changing for my dry sensitive eyes. Gina then assisted me with coupons and recommendations for ordering these lenses. Thank you for the exceptional care!

today was my first visit as a new patient and how amazing the staff is!!! my nurse was wonderful, i havent been to a dentist in a long while and need a lot of work done and was embarrassed and she held my hand and literally calmed me (how amazing) the doctor also super sweet and understanding. it was well worth the wait! thank you oak orchard dentistry ❤️

I just had to go to my vision appointment with my 3 year old and 6 month old in tow unexpectedly (my husband had to work late) they were SO accommodating and kind about it. I was considering canceling but I’m so glad I did not!

Always very nice people and very prompt to get you into the appointment on time or even a little ahead of time. The doctor and the staff are wonderful. Very willing to answer all my questions and explains things thoroughly. Highly recommend them

I just had my first intake appointment with Sandra at Alexander Oak Orchard. Right off the bat, I can tell we are going to hit it off. The staff in the office were very sweet and friendly. Smiled and engaging. Sandra was super nice and attentive to my concerns. I battle with depression and anxiety so it helped relax me when I wasn’t talked down to, was treated like I made sense and my concerns were validated. I can’t stand arrogant doctors and I definitely did not sense that there. What a relief! A place that feels like home!

Dr. Matthew Frenaays, One of the greatest Doctors I will ever know. He is Genuine. Checks every Box. Caring, Honest, Listen's, Patient, Non-biased, Saved my Life, Trusting his judgement that I followed lead me to my Wife and Blessed a path to let go of Life Long trauma I thought I would die carrying. I love him. P.S. Responds 95% next day to Portal Messages and Re-fills, the man is a Living damn Unicorn
