These people are amazing. They are so Kind and respectful of the work they do. They explain it and I have never liked to go to the dentist. I am more conscious of my mouth health because I don't fear going. Their new Dr is so thorough and answered all of my concerns honestly with no sales pitch. The young ladies that do the scans and cleaning are so great at their jobs and never rush you in and out. The office staff well just say that they are the most patient and they handle their jobs with pride. They always go the extra mile. In general I would say that I feel that for one of the toughest jobs on the planet dealing with such a personal part of our body that I hope to never have to go anywhere else for dental care. five stars****" up and more. I had a great first visit at Calistoga Dental Group. Ashley was a phenomenal dental hygienist. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the visit that I almost fell asleep while she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Nandan was very receptive of my questions and provided explanations that were super easy to understand, even without dental knowledge. Hands down the best dental visit of my life. This is a wonderful office with professional, skilled, and friendly staff. I had not been to a dentist for several years-no judgement. Dr. Kris is wonderful, with competent gentle hands. The hygienists are thorough and put you at ease right away, checking frequently that you are comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ian Van Zyl is an absolutely extraordinary dentist. I had a particularly complex problem that even dental school professors couldn't tackle, and Dr. Van Zyl created and implemented a multi-step plan to correct it entirely. Today was a checkup with Dr Van Zyl, and we were both delighted to confirm that my teeth will last me my entire life. Big THANK YOU to Dr. Ian Van Zyl!

From their ability to keep to the appointment schedule; the hygienists’ caring and efficient method and manner; the billing officer’s ability and willingness to go over strategic planning for care and finally the doctors themselves allowing time for each patient to have concerns and to strive to administer as much as possible pain free solutions… this place is great!
