Schemmer Dental

Most recently I had a crown procedure and the outcome far exceeded my expectations. It gave me back a smile I’d been missing for too long. Dr. Is so personal and caring and his staff is as well. Sadie was his assistant today. She was wonderful. First and foremost their focus was on my comfort. They are willing to work with you and your insurance. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

If you are looking for a great dentist and staff I highly recommend Schemmer Dental. Everyone in this office treats you like family. Dr Schemmer just made my crown and it's beautiful. An hour and a half from start to finish! Thank you all Schemmer Dental.

I have literally been going here since I was a child. It’s always been the best! However, Dr. Schemmer and his current team are probably my favorite since I’ve been going to this dental office. They are kind, considerate, and my teeth feel awesome! Dr. Schemmer pays attention to every detail and even took the time to ask me what brings me joy in life! Jessica and Lauren up front helped me out with my three crazy kids with smiles on their faces! Paige did some amazing X-rays and was very efficient with her work! And Wendy is my new favorite hygienist! I appreciated that she didn’t try to ask me questions while she was cleaning my teeth 🤣 because how can you ever answer those! Highly recommend Schemmer Dental!

I love this place. Dr. Schemmer, the hygienists, and even the staff up front are very friendly and helpful. Every time I've had to be there, Doc and Wendy, were straight forward with me in what the issues were, what needed to be done, and the process. All professionally. Wendy, hygienist, has cleaned my teeth a couple times and the interactions I've had with her are memorable. She's made me laugh while digging at my teeth. Her chairside manner is impeccable! Highly recommend this place. Today, I had an emergency, and they got me in within 30 minutes. Hoping they stay in Carthage for years to come!

Dr. Schemmer is young, affable, energetic and professional. He was thorough in his diagnosis and his proposed plan of action. His staff is awesome. The young ladies in the office were very helpful and, well, charitable when laughing at my jokes. While most dread dentist visits, I look forward to mine.

They are wonderful here. VERY accommodating for appointments, and they went above and beyond to find the soonest appointment possible when I was having pain. Even calling to let me know they had an earlier appointment open up after we had an appointment set. I appreciate their diligence and professionalism!

Love this dental office. Dr. Schemmer does a fabulous job and I’ve never had any pain with fillings or crowns. His assistant Kaili Adams is also wonderful. She has assisted him several times and is very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this dental office.
