I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this dental office. This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the second I walked in and they made me feel really comfortable. The whole process was so easy and everything just flowed really well. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. They explained everything in a way I could actually understand, which I really appreciated. I got everything I needed all in one appointment and that has never happened before with any other Dental office. I can’t recommend them enough and now my mom is setting up an appointment. Big Thanks to Dr. Angela, Emily, Dani, and Liv!! I appreciate you guys so much!! See you in 6 months!!

This was the best dentist experience ive ever had! Dr Angela was phenomenal!! All my questions were answered with clear explanation, I was listened to closely and my issues were solved. All the staff here were super friendly and kind. I highly recommend coming to Urban Family Dental and will be coming back!!

Today on May 6,2026 I had a visit with the Urban family Dentistry. My appointment was at 8 o’clock. I arrived early set my car to get my nerves together. It was time for me to go in. I was greeted at the desk with a big warm smile from AJ. He was cracking jokes made me laugh because I think he knew I was a little nervous. He told me everything was gonna be OK all my paperwork and everything they have received insurance card everything my name was called to go back for x-rays. I don’t know Everybody’s name the young man that took me back for the x-rays very quite very sweet and very pleasant. He was doing the x-rays. Asked me if I was OK I told him yes so then we went into one of the examination rooms so that he could get a few more x-rays. It was a young lady that came in to help him. They made me feel very comfortable. Very nice office nice music, beautiful scenes on the TV screen So after they got the x-rays, the doctor came in and he was telling me what was what about my teeth and what I would need and what should happen and he asked me did I agree I told him yes very pleasant. Made me feel comfortable as well so after he left out, there was another young man came in to explain the breakdown of how my plan will go to fix my teeth and get my mouth straight. He was very pleasant. Made me feel very comfortable we laughed about certain things, and I was telling him here we go again with the mashed potatoes and he said and then grit So we laughed again, so they asked me when did I want to start the process of getting the work done so of course on Monday I will start the process of getting the work done to my mouth so that I can get my smile back and I really believe they’re gonna make me have a outstanding smile because I really like to smile this dentist ❤️ Office I would recommend to everybody it is a very calming atmosphere very pleasant young people They’re 💕💕very pleasant The younger people in there are outstanding well behave good manners So on Monday, the process will start. I’m a little nervous. I know it’s gonna be a process Healing process I just have to have the patient And pray and ask God to keep all of us covered in this process. I was seen in this office on 04/24 and I’m so glad I went. I had some reservations about getting dental work that I needed and from the moment I made those concerns known, Dee started doing whatever she could to make me feel comfortable! She is truly a gem in this office. Dr. Angela was so knowledgeable, thorough, and took her time to provide the care I needed. She did an amazing job throughout my visit. I will refer any and everyone to this office from now on! If I could give 10 stars I would have!

I cannot recommend Urban Dental Family enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The customer service provided by the two young ladies at the front and AJ was absolutely amazing—they made the entire check-in and coordination process seamless and friendly. A huge thank you to Dr. Angel and Dee, who were incredible during my fillings. They were both so gentle and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’ve had my fair share of dental anxiety in the past, but their care really put me at ease. I have officially found my new dentist office! If you are looking for a team that combines high-quality dental work with top-tier patient care in Charlotte, this is the place to go.

Dr. Logan has been my dentist for the last year & he’s great. I always have a ton of questions & he takes the time to answer them all. He has done my fillings and few other things and every time it was painless very comfortable experience and fixed a lot of work my previous dentist did. Jessie is great as well she made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning , she communicated everything she was doing and was very gentle and efficient with my cleaning. The staff at the front desk is cool and welcoming. It’s a breeze every time when it comes to to checkin! Office and bathroom is very clean.
