I had such a great experience at Chester Road Family Dental! Dr. Jang took care of my teeth, and he was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. You can really tell he knows what he’s doing, and he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everyone there was also very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this place. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere — give Chester Road Family Dental a try! Especially Dr. Jang. Highly recommended! 💯

For someone that doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, this place has gotten me back into the practice of going!! You are greeted with smiles and great postive vibes and it lasts the entire visit!! From the moment I walked in as a new patient, I had an exceptional experience. The entire process was thorough, from X-rays and a comprehensive gum health evaluation to a detailed treatment plan. However, what impressed me most was the teamwork. The staff worked seamlessly together, communicating with one another while also explaining everything in a way that was easy for someone without a dental background to understand. Instead of feeling left out of the conversation, I felt informed every step of the way. The front office staff were welcoming, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and answer my questions. Chester Road Family Dental is absolutely top notch!! I have dealt with several different dental places in the Chesterfield/Richmond/Petersburg area, and I can assure you that THIS one is the one for you. I needed an "emergency" visit, and they were able to see me "same day"!!! , and I was a FIRST time customer! Dr. Ben is fantastic, and the ENTIRE team are an amazing group of people!! They helped me with everything that needed to be done, and they had a smile on their faces the WHOLE time!!. Unmatched customer service!! Just an amazing group of people!! They make visiting the dentist feel like a vacation!! I wish I had found them sooner!!
