I was a patient here for about a year, and unfortunately it ended in frustration. I came in as a new patient in January 2025. Despite having a clean check-up just 6 months prior elsewhere, I was told I needed a crown, even though I wasn't in any pain. I trusted the recommendation and moved forward. That decision kicked off a long series of problems. During the procedure, I was uncomfortable hearing the dental assistant raise her voice at the dentist, who is hard of hearing. My permanent crown was delayed, so I had to wear the temporary one much longer than expected. I was also charged extra for a crown type I never requested. Insurance was billed for a standard crown, but I was left with an additional out of pocket cost I didn't agree to upfront. After the crown was placed, I had ongoing sensitivity to hot and cold and general tooth pain, which required multiple follow up adjustment visits. I later needed a root canal (performed elsewhere), and while that particular procedure's issues weren't Wicker Park Dental's fault, the root cause traces back to complications that started with the original crown work. To make matters more concerning, I saw a different dentist at every visit, two different dentists within a year. When I found out a third dentist would be handling my next check-in, I decided that was one change too many and switched practices instead. At my new dentist, a different endodontist was finally able to resolve the issue as of August 2026, nearly a year and a half after the original crown was placed. Looking back, I believe I either didn't need the original procedure, or it wasn't done correctly, given everything that followed. I can't speak to everyone's experience, but mine left me with a lot of unresolved problems, extra costs, and a lack of confidence in the consistency of care. I'd recommend doing your research before choosing this practice.

Me and my husband love this dental clinic and Dr.Siaj and all staffs here. Dr. Siaj is very professional and friendly. You can tell he loves his job and he is very good at it. All staffs are also very helpful. The other thing I love about is I almost never had to wait for a long time for your appointment. Highly recommended!

: I went in because I was experiencing severe tooth pain and trusted the dental team to diagnose and treat the correct tooth. Unfortunately, they pulled the wrong tooth, and I was left still dealing with the original pain, along with the unnecessary loss of a healthy tooth. This experience was incredibly upsetting, physically painful, and emotionally distressing. I expected a thorough evaluation and clear communication before such a permanent procedure. I hope the office reviews its diagnostic and verification procedures so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Dr. Siaj and his team are phenomenal! I drove from Indianapolis Indiana to be treated by this amazing team and I’m so happy that I did. The office is beautiful and the team is welcoming each and every one of them. Mari comforted me the whole time during my procedure and made me feel more than comfortable. Dr. Siaj is friendly and explains everything fully until you are comfortable and understanding. I will be returning again for my implant in 4-5 months and I’m looking forward to seeing this amazing team again.

Where do I even start… I came here after a questionable experience with another provider (no...Im not naming names), and wowza! What an upgrade. First of all, this place has massage chairs to enjoy during your procedure...At the dentist. I was confused… like, am I here for a root canal or a spa day?! This is awesome! Now...the staff?!?! Absolute gems! Dani greets you like you’re a VIP, Mari clocked my anxiety immediately (rude but accurate...not even mad Mari!) and gently reminded me to breathe while taking X-rays, and Dr. S (aka Dr. Brandon) came in and confirmed I was not, in fact, being dramatic about what I was seeing and feeling in my mouth! My crown was loose and my fillings were basically plotting their escape...Best part? No weird pressure to do a million unnecessary things! They actually talk to you like a human and check in about finances before mapping out a plan..revolutionary concept, I KNOW! Somehow, this team had me laughing… in a dentist chair. I didn’t even know that was possible. 10/10 experience. Also, the music? Elite. If you care about vibes during dental work (and you should), they nailed it.

I wanted to take the time to sincerely thank you for the outstanding care and professionalism I experienced during my teeth feelings and wisdom teeth removal. From the very beginning, I felt reassured and supported, which made a procedure I was initially nervous about feel much more manageable. Doctor Brandon Siaj, your expertise and calm, confident approach truly stood out. You took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I understood each step of the process. That level of communication made a huge difference in helping me feel comfortable and prepared. During the procedure itself, I felt that I was in very capable hands, and that gave me a great sense of trust. Lea, your assistance and kindness did not go unnoticed. You were incredibly attentive, supportive, and professional throughout the entire experience. Whether it was helping me get settled, offering reassurance, or checking in on how I was feeling, your presence made the whole process smoother and less stressful. What impressed me most was how well you both worked together as a team. The coordination, efficiency, and positive atmosphere you created made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel calm and organized. It’s clear that you both care deeply about your patients and take pride in providing high-quality care. I’m truly grateful for the level of attention, compassion, and professionalism you showed me. It made a lasting impression, and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others. Thank you again for making this experience as comfortable and positive as possible.

One small suggestion for the office: it would be helpful if staff were mindful of where personal belongings are placed. During my visit a chair that had my jacket and purse on it was used for seating, which made me uncomfortable. I was unable to ask her directly to move while my teeth were being cleaned. I also never was sent a quote I asked for. Otherwise I had a great experience and look forward to returning. Dr. SIAJ was fantastic. He explained the treatment plan clearly and had excellent bedside manner. My cleaning was comfortable even though I hadn’t been able to visit in over a year, and I’m happy to be back on track with regular visits.

I came to Wicker Park Dental Group in extreme pain and honestly terrified. I’ve had horrible dental experiences in the past, so even making the appointment felt scary. I read reviews, and decided to trust them and I am SO glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. I first met Mari, and she was truly amazing, very down to earth, kind, patient, and genuinely listened to me. She was so reassuring and made me feel calm instead of judged or rushed, which meant everything in that moment. Then I met Dr. Siaj, and he was just as wonderful. He explained everything clearly, talked to me like a normal human (not just a patient), and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they both genuinely care about the people they treat.Even though they had a super tight schedule, they still found a way to fit me in because of the pain I was in and that alone speaks volumes about the kind of practice this is. I always judge a place by the environment and whether it feels like somewhere I’d actually want to work; and this is absolutely one of those places. The energy, teamwork, and care are so apparent the second you’re there. Please trust me when I say: give them your business. I felt right at home, safe, and cared for, and I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion and treatment I received here!!!!
