I had an excellent experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk team made check-in easy and pleasant, and both the hygienist and doctor were kind and attentive. The highlight of my visit was the woman who performed my cleaning. She was warm, engaging, and kept me comfortable throughout the entire process with her great sense of humor and friendly personality. She truly made the appointment enjoyable. I usually only visit the dentist about once every year and a half, but because of the outstanding care and overall experience I had here, I went ahead and scheduled my next cleaning for six months later before leaving. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care and exceptional customer service.

This is one of the worst dentists I have ever been to. I scheduled an appointment because I was having pain in a tooth. I was told that that tooth needed a root canal revision, but that I also had another tooth with a loose filling. I was referred to a specialist for the root canal luckily, but went to this office for the filling. Dr. K numbed my mouth and then said someone else came in that he needed to attend to, so his associate, Dr. T would do the filling. He really didn't give me a choice so I had to go along with it. After the appointment, my tooth never stopped hurting. This was a tooth that I DID NOT have pain in until after Dr. T replaced the filling. I scheduled a recheck appointment because I thought that Dr. T probably drilled too close to the nerve. I saw Dr. K and he was clearly angry that I suggested his associate drilled too close to the nerve. He was very unfriendly and it was very uncomfortable. He never took an x-ray of the tooth and after speaking to Dr. T, he said "my associate did not drill too close to the nerve." I guess he thinks he could determine this just by looking at my tooth. He then stated that I could go to a specialist but they probably wouldn't do anything for me. I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist who took an x-ray and discovered that Dr. T DID drill too close to the nerve. I have spent almost $4000 on a root canal/crown now due to their incompetance. Also, just a side note, after the first root canal, the specialist said that I only needed a filling since he drilled through an existing crown. Dr. K insisted that I needed a new crown. Luckily, when I went to the other dentist for the second opinion, he said that I only needed a filling in that tooth, saving probably $1000. I am very glad that I found an honest dentist. I would strongly recommend going anywhere but here!!
