This office is absolutely amazing. As someone with significant anxiety and fear when it comes to the dentist, I felt that every member of the staff listened to me and was kind and empathetic. Dr. Lane was amazing, always stopping to check in and make sure that I was okay and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The hygienists were also fantastic. I would recommend this office to everyone.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with smiles, and caring comments. You are put at ease by all the staff. The dentist was very thorough explaining the next steps. There is a third party company involved in my process. They were quick to return my call and set the service review for the next day. Overall, VERY IMPRESSED.

From the front desk to the dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, all staff I experienced are professional and friendly. I’ve been a patient with Crossroads Dentistry for a few years now and have never been disappointed in the quality of care I’ve received. Today (July 29, 2026) I saw Dr. Libby and AJ. The care I received was excellent. I highly recommend Crossroads Dentistry for your oral care needs.

I always have great experiences here. Been coming here for 3 years, and like always, the dental hygienist was very kind, professional, and thorough during my cleaning. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything. I definitely recommend this office!

The dentist, Dr. Avery Lane, did a great job and even took the time to call the next day to see how I was doing after I got my crown. Crossroads Family Dentistry is an amazing group of dedicated professionals who take such great care of my teeth. They have the latest technology and now my prophylaxis is so easy and takes only about 30 minutes. Dr. Ting is very thorough and I always feel like I get the best of care at his office. Their bedside manner is exceptional, and they go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable, especially those of us who struggle with dental anxiety. Scheduling appointments is always easy, and the team does a great job of creating clear, easy-to-understand treatment plans. I especially appreciate that they thoroughly explain any recommended add-on services, including why they may be beneficial and exactly how much they cost. At the same time, there is never any pressure, they make it clear that these options are entirely my choice. It’s refreshing to find a dental office that combines excellent care with honesty, transparency, and compassion. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients, this is the place to go.

I have the best experience at Rigby dental. I've ever had anywhere else. Especially coming from and I don't like to dark trash about others. But I came from A few other dentists before and I'm just makes me realize the level of care and quality and compassion. They have for their patients. They helped me so much. And the end result was incredible. I can't recommend rigby and the staff I highly recommend five star all the way
