I don’t like going to the dentist- but It’s rare and wonderful to find a dental office where every person is nice! The dental assistant Cynthia was super nice and Yelena my hygienist was great! Dr. Neukirchner is awesome!! So happy my family switched to this office!!

I have been patient for several years, but Unfortunately, Since the practice changed ownership, the customer service has significantly declined. The front desk staff was unhelpful, lacked professionalism, and seemed unable or unwilling to explain the charges on my bill. A dental office should provide both quality clinical care and transparent, respectful customer service. While I appreciate the new hygienist’s good work, the poor communication and billing experience at the front desk make it difficult to recommend this practice anymore.

The staff of Davie Family Dentists is and always has been an extremely welcoming group of people. They are gentle and caring which is so necessary when people are highly anxious. The personnel seem happy which is always a good indicator of the total enterprise. Sarah is wonderful, so knowledgeable and gentle but fastidious. They all seem to work hard to make your visit a rewarding experience.

I have been going to Davie Family Dental for many years. The office is clean and very efficient. Everyone that works there is so helpful and pleasant. I am very please to recommend my dentist Giselle Neukirchner DMD... As excellent as she is a dentist... A total perfectionist... She has a calm, wonderful personality to make the experience that much better. I highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for one.

I had such a wonderful experience at Davie Family Dental. Dr. Moore was absolutely amazing with my son during his extraction. She was so patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which really helped keep him calm and comfortable. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make them feel at ease. Dallys was also an incredible assistant — kind, attentive, and very professional. The entire office has such a high-class, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone we encountered was friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for their patients!

What a wonderful surprise! Dr. Moore is incredible! I recently discovered that the dentist I loved retired and I needed to stay with someone new. I was SO disappointed until I got to meet Dr. Moore. I've never had a dentist take more time, be thorough or be more soothing and reassuring. I'm a psychologist, and I work with patients frequently who fear the dentist. I'll be sending everyone her way to get true caring, truly competent dentistry!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I’ve been a regular patient and always rely on the office to schedule my routine cleanings based on my insurance benefits. Last year, they scheduled me for multiple cleanings, including one in January (which I later realized), another in June, and then again in December. When I went in for my December 17 appointment, I specifically asked if everything was covered, and I was told I owed nothing, it was just my cleaning appt. Months later—on April 4, 2026 I suddenly received a bill for $97 for that same cleaning. When I called to question this, I was told that it is not their responsibility to verify my insurance benefits or track how many cleanings I’ve had during the year. This is very frustrating because they are the ones scheduling these appointments and have access to my history. If they knew I already had multiple cleanings, why schedule another one instead of advising me to wait a few weeks into the new year when it would have been covered? To make matters worse, they said I only had 120 days from the date of service (December 17, 2025) to pay, yet they didn’t even send the bill until April 2026—leaving me with almost no time to respond before threatening to send it to collections. This feels very unfair and misleading. Patients trust dental offices to guide them correctly, especially when it comes to insurance coverage. Instead, I feel taken advantage of and pressured to pay for something that could have easily been avoided with proper communication. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Dr. Friedman did a great job restoring my teeth and giving me a beautiful smile. I enjoyed going to my appointments the atmosphere was always friendly and professional. The staff is welcoming and efficient. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you
