Where do I start? The reception Dawn is probably the most efficient with a smile and grace receptionist I have ever encountered. Her cohort at the reception desk Joy her name describes her beautifully. The dental technicians, thorough, kind, empathetic smart educate us every step of the way. And then of course, Dr. Derek Fine. If I could choose a friend for life Who is intelligence comes with a great sense of humor, a delightfully open minded welcoming, making anyone feel at home from the moment they step into the place. But one word that seems very important to them is educate. Everyone there educates us comfortably easily and answers all questions. I would give them far more than five stars.

I told the receptionist when I booked the appointment how old my daughter was and what treatment was needed. They assured me they could do what I needed, so I booked a $101 consultation. I come in and the dentist was very nice, but he could not treat my daughter. He referred me to a pediatric dentist. So I just paid $101 to tell me to go to another dentist and to count her teeth. I feel robbed and misled by the office staff.

Cracked an aging crown & got an appointment within 3 hours of calling. My first visit with Dr Patel who is a welcome addition to the practice. The office staff members are always so friendly and professional. Have been a patient for almost 10 years now and love Aesthetic Family Dentistry!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Harsh Patel during our recent visit for cleanings for myself and my kids. Dr. Patel was absolutely wonderful with the children—patient, kind, and incredibly calming, which made a huge difference in keeping them comfortable and relaxed throughout the visit. His bedside manner is exceptional, and his level of knowledge and expertise truly stands out. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy for both adults and kids to understand, making sure we felt informed and at ease. In addition, the entire office staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. Everyone went above and beyond to make the visit smooth, stress-free, and positive for both parents and kids. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such a high level of expertise with such genuine care, especially when it comes to treating children. We highly recommend Dr. Patel and are so happy to have found him.
