My first visit to Florissant Dental services gets a +5 star review. The staff is so friendly and professional. If you need to find a new Dentist practice, you need to visit them.

I just left from getting my tooth extracted, I wish I could put into words how this experience was. From the time I walked into the door til the time I left I felt like I knew the staff my whole life. Very welcoming, very warming, each person spoke to me in a language I understood and was not afraid of dumbing it down a little more if I needed it. I’m completely obsessed with the staff and services, I’ve never been excited to go to the dentist but I can’t wait to see the ladies again. 10/10 HIGH RECOMMENDED. Y’all tread lightly though I still need to be able to get in for my appointments 😂😂

So I started going here about a year or two ago and loved it!!! However my dentist changed and now everytime I get a filling it’s sensitive way past when it should be, they also have horrible communication they won’t let you know if they cancel your appointment, and their a little rude about it. I got a ton of work done and paid through their financial app, they over estimated it so they ended up paying me back some and then they call me weeks later to tell me I owe what they paid me back and it made no sense but I agreed to pay it at my next appointment, then they turned around and canceled my appointment without telling me so kinda frustrating to say the least, it’s already so hard to find a dentist that isn’t scamy and this was disappointing

I came to them in pain as a second opinion because the dentist I was going to had exhausted all my dental insurance without helping me while in pain. They tried to make me pay out of the pocket after there was no more money. They said I had 2 choices pay 2200. or pay 3300. And because I didn't have the money they left me in pain. But I found Florissant Dental and asked for a second opinion. I was surprised to find out that the opinion was different and there was a solution for me. I had a tooth pulled from a wonderful doctor that was caring and gentle. He really cares about his patients and their pain. I was blessed with one less tooth that set me free of night pain. Also all of the staff was very caring and friendly. I decided this is the dentist I will return to every year from now on. Thank you Florissant Dental.

Set an appointment 6 months in advance. About a 10-14 days got an email reminding me and that I would need to confirm the appointment. It also reminded me the consequences of canceling or rescheduling. Less than a week before my appointment i get a text asking to confirm. I confirm. 2-3 hours later I get a text asking to change my time and I respond that I can't. Then a text states they need to reschedule and give me an alternate date almost a month later. No phone call, just texts. To ask me to confirm and then a text to reschedule seems unprofessional. A call explaining what may have happened would be appropriate. Very unprofessional place

Shout out to the staff at Florissant dental. I was there briefly yesterday to prepay my affordable bill. To my surprise, without my even giving my name, only what I had come to do, Shay, Business Team member turned to the person sitting next to her and said, "This is Jennifer." I was pleased that she remembered me and told her so. I then turned to the other person and told her my last name. Jasmine said, "I know, I already have you pulled up." I don't know about you, but it feels good to know that the people you trust with your smile, see you, and not dollar signs. My every appointment has been a success from the office staff, my hygienist to the Dentist. This truly is a place that you can trust with your smile.
