Singing River Dentistry - Florence

I did not have an issue with their service, but a few weeks before my scheduled next appointment, I received a letter stating they are not accepting my VA insurance anymore, but I can use another insurance, and they will give a veterans discount. Then I get another reminder of my appointment. I called, they didn't care but when I first signed on with them one Dr. said, we love our vets. I was very discussed how the receptionist blew me off when I was trying to talk with her, as she blew me off with the so called, "Have , a nice day BS". As a result, my wife will drop her dental service, and hopefully other veterans will do the same. Shame on Singing River for treating veterans like this.

Nice clean office. Taylor not only an excellent orthodontist but shows great care to explain things and provides sound advice for dental care. Very professional and friendly. We can’t say enough great things about Dr. Petersen. I certainly respect that he is a veteran as well

Terrific. I arrived early for my appointment. I was asked to come back within 5 minutes of my appointment time, in the medical world this is a rare thing. Usually you are lucky to see someone an hour after your appointment at most places, not at Singing River. Staff was polite , Dr Peterson was great. Outlined what needed to be done and was never condescending about my situation. I highly recommend 👌

Good folks. Very polite and attentive. They treated me great. Dentist visits aren’t fun, but they make it pleasant as possible. I highly recommend them.

Got in at appointment time on the dot. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Been going to Singing River for five years and have no intention to change dentist.

Being on the waist list for an appointment.. had to reschedule due to work several times. Got a call today and was able to go.. Kendall is awesome and so so patient.. talks you all the way through the cleaning. Just love her! Dentist came in and was so nice. Definitely recommend!

I really love how Dr. Peterson takes the time to make sure your comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend him, especially if you have anxiety about the dentist. Also, his hygienist is really great to. The staff are all very nice also.

Outstanding dental cleaning & admin experience! Everyone here was informed & actively engaged with my appointment. We just moved here, so I did my 1st appointment paperwork in advance. I barely had time to sit before I was called back. The equipment was state of the art technology & super clean!
