Afdent Patient Friendly Dentistry

Well, who really likes a visit to the dentist? any takers? I guess I was satisfied overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had a way of making me feel comfortable and less stressful. I especially liked Elizabeth who exercised a lot of patience through the whole procedure, of which I can be difficult at times. It would have been nice if the tooth had come out easily, but they got it.

Everyone is friendly and thorough. I go back next week and again next month for the easier fixes. They also gave me a lot to think about and am scheduled to meet the owner next month to discuss the harder stuff, like long term pain from aggravated trigeminal neuralgia. It's true. They really are equipped to cover everything I expected and also so much more! I would never hesitate to recommend them to anybody. I only wish I had gone there long before now.

I had a bad toothache and walked in to see emergency care. Check in was fast and both receptionists were incredibly sweet and helpful. They even gave me some numbing gel for my tooth while I waited. I was moved to another waiting lobby, and waited about an hour to be seen as a walk in… which I think is very reasonable for a walk in at the dentist, especially on a Friday. I talked with the dental hygienist, another sweet and helpful lady. The dentist came in and we talked about the issues and he did a thorough exam of my mouth. He showed me a color picture of the problem and helped me to figure out a treatment plan. I left with prescriptions and an appointment. They were able to take care of it today… but I didn’t plan for it so I made an appointment to go back. The dentist was very kind and knowledgeable, and the lady who made my appointment was also so sweet and helpful. The lady at the check out counter was on the phone, so another lady came to get me so that I didn’t have to wait. They apologized a couple times for my wait to see the dentist, but I felt that the wait was not long at all and the care and willingness to help is just absolutely amazing here. Every single person that I saw there, including the ones I didn’t talk to, were smiling and happy to be there. I finally found the dentist I will go to from now on, and my husband will be making an appointment with them also. Thank you so much for the exceptional care.

Hello I want to express how Afdent dental made me feel from day one to now a year later. The receptionist put a smile on my face each time I came in she was very sympathetic all the other employees made me feel so welcomed and comfortable every time I came in. How can all the people that work there be so kind and patient. I wish I knew specific names by the front desk receptionist was the best well one of the best all the other dentist were very kind and patient YES I would recommend AFDENT dental to my family and friends.

I am very pleased with this office. I went in as a walk-in, so the wait time was a little longer. (Totally okay and understandable) I was 35 1/2 weeks pregnant with extreme pain in my wisdom tooth. This was the tenth office I called and who finally said they would pull it same day. All other offices said I had to wait until after delivery. Anyway, walked in at 1:15 on a Monday, got called around 3:45. Went straight down and got x-rays. They used extra caution due to baby. I got back into the room, dentist came quickly. He checked the area and agreed to pull. He answered all my questions and was honest (exactly what I asked for and expected). They followed all my OBGYN orders. Then, he numbed my mouth, left, came back in and pulled the tooth within 15 minutes. Dr. Hester (I believe is his name) is a 10/10. Very grateful for him. I got an antibiotic and was sent home. Had questions two days later. I emailed them, they called within maybe 20 minutes and answered them. I am now at recovery day 5 and I have had so much relief! Thank you so much Dr. Hester and his team at Afdent! I would recommend 100%.

Love and appreciate how kind and welcoming the AFDENT staff is with me. The greeters are always happy and smiling when I come in. Amy is my regular dental hygienist and she does an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth and always taking ANY of my health concerns seriously and looping in the dentist that’s working that day to answer any questions or concerns I have with my dental health. Lastly, the finance department is very professional and Nick always makes sure I leave AFDENT feeling confident that the treatment I’m getting there is superb.

The staff and drs were very informative and efficient during the emergency appointment. They talked me through my options and didn’t try to sell me on doing more work than needed done. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. They helped find financing that worked the best for me. Very happy with my appointment and healing afterwards. Thank you for taking great care of me!
