V Smile Family Dental - Frisco

Today was my first vist to V Smile Dental in Frisco. The office staff was on top of everything. My hygienist, Olivia was kind, gentle, and thorough. She answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with all procedures. Dr Kallam was very professional and went over all she saw on my xrays and what we may want to consider as next steps. Everything was well explained with no pressure of any type. I was very comfortable making my next appointment, and left knowing I had made a wise decision by selecting this office for my future dental care.

Great place for Dental care. Staff is helpful and friendly. Care givers are patient and thorough. Entire experience is anxiety free. I'll look forward to my next visit.

Appointment availability to paperwork online super easy, zero to little wait time. Staff were all pleasant smiling helpful and knowledgeable! Dr.Kallam was fantastic straight forward lovely office and staff! Great experience highly recommend!

If anyone is looking for a dentist, especially if you’re scared of the dentist, I strongly recommend V Smile. My 17 year old is a type 1 diabetic with some medical trauma and is absolutely TERRIFIED of the dentist. She had to get some cavities filled and she was just beside herself. Dr. Kallam specifically asked her the day before if she had any trauma and talked to her about anything she could do to help alleviate anxiety. Asked her what works, what doesn’t, should she talk to her through it or be quiet, even if she should wear a different color mask. She asked so many questions. Then the day of, my daughter was freaking out and she was so gentle with her. If anything started going in a direction that they didn’t talk about, she stopped it and got back on track. And she was fast. When we left, my daughter talked about how much she loved the dentist and how much better her experience was. Watching someone take care of your baby and have that kind of care and patience was so amazing so I strongly recommend her!

I instantly was put at ease by the calming lobby and onboarding process at VSmile. For someone who has been putting off taking his dental care seriously, this establishment is the best place in my opinion to truly get amazing service. Could not be happier with my team. BIG Service winner.

I’m very grateful for the service and hospitality from the team at V Smile Family Dental. My visit was many moons ago, but I remember how welcoming the staff were and how interactive of an experience it was. I didn’t feel judged about my teeth and they walked me through every part of the process. (it had been a long time since my last..) I did indeed leave more confident about my smile.

Too long had passed since my last dental appointment and I put my trust into V Smile Family Dental. As a first time patient, the entire team from Cynthia helping to book my appointment, Olivia for being easygoing and patient with me during my exam, Dr. Kallam for her pragmatic and professional approach and advice, and Norma for helping answer all of my questions in regard to what looks to be an excellent payment program for my alignment treatment, I never once felt pressured, judged, or otherwise uncomfortable. My first visit to V-Smile was such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was so welcoming and kind. Olivia, my dental hygienist, went above and beyond! My teeth feel so clean! She truly did an incredible job and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment.(slayed the house down) Dr. Kallam and Dr. Ahmed were both exceptional as well. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my smile was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
