This place is great! They do a very thorough job and don’t push for unnecessary treatments. Very friendly staff and Brooklyn the hygienist is very skilled, professional and welcoming! I would recommend them highly.

​I had an outstanding experience at this clinic. The staff kept me well-informed about what they were doing and why, and my privacy was respected throughout the entire visit. The hygienist and assistants demonstrated excellence that put me completely at ease. They practiced proper hand hygiene before beginning the examination, listened attentively to my worries, and asked highly thorough questions. I felt completely included in the decisions about my care, as the hygienist gave clear explanations of my condition and a detailed breakdown of my treatment options and benefits. I would highly recommend this provider to others.

I am forever grateful for the Awesome work of each and everyone at Drs. Burau, all Staff included, practice consistently great skill, kindness, gentleness, respect and greatness, to be treasured, I could go on and on. Thank you from the recesses of my heart. Sometimes, while with you, my mind will travel back to when I first found your Awesome and Amazing Dad, Dr. Roger Burau. What Awesome memories, with Dr. Roger’s Gentle and Great work he did, (remembering the fork) Where’s the fork? Also, making it possible to keep our teeth all through these years. Little did I know, he would pass his treasures of who he is, onto his Awesome and Amazing Sons and grandchildren. Little did I know I would find Gold a little ways from Goodrich; just because Dr. (Roger) Burau, had the same first name of my husband, (Roger) LaRock. Im a new customer and was nervous about going here, but the staff made my experience wonderful. I didnt feel judged or pressured. Everyone was super friendly. Haley and Dr Alex helped me today. Haley was nice and welcoming. DR. Alex had amazing energy and answered all my questions. This is a much better experience from where I come from and I will stay and make this my Dentist. Good customer service is hard to come by but this office set the bar high. Tha ks Dr. BURAU!!

The dentists are very accomplished , professional, and responsive to their patients . The office staff has been polite and efficient. Excellent dental hygienists. I've been a patient here for 20 years. Only recently myself and other patients have noticed a slight change in the office's culture towards a less family oriented practice. I really love going to the dentist! Everyone is very kind and they know exactly what they are doing. My experience at Dr,'s Burau have always been a pleasant painless experience. My only issue, is every time i go in I am asked to fill out the same exact forms as I have done every time I've been there. ( The very same exact forms re: medical history and medications etc. ) last online confirmation i even answered questions and was advised that I was all set. Please fix this, I arrived the exact time as my appointment since I thought my paperwork was completed. Only you be handed a tablet to fill out the documents ive done before. Thank you !!
