Dr West and her hygienist Jasmine were excellent. Dr West was very informative about what the procedure would entail. The technique she used to numb me was great. I hardly felt anything. And I truly don’t like needles, but the procedure was virtually painless. My chipped tooth was completed in no time. Dr West and her hygienist were knowledgeable and very professional from start to finish. Great job!!

This was my first time at DFW Smiles, and my experience was excellent. From the friendly and professional support staff to the kind and attentive service by both Dr. Brown and Dr. West, I had a great experience and have already recommended them. Five Stars all the way!

DFW Smile in Grapevine is a great place to be, when it comes to taking care of your teeth. The staff are great and very welcoming. Karen is the best hygienist I ever had. And Dr. West is amazing. She gives great guidance or recommendations. Highly recommended for everyone!

Doctor West and her staff were wonderful. There is no delay or waiting in the lobby, the appointment was exactly as scheduled. Dr West spent time with me explaining the different treatment options. She had other patients but I didn’t feel rushed. She was attentive to my concerns.

I was patient here coming from Wichita, KS. I came to Grapevine and made an appointment here. Before my first visit, I made sure to fill out the paperwork ahead of time. When I arrived at my appointment, they told me that I had to fill them out again because their internet was down. I asked them how long the wait would be and they said they did not know how long I would have to wait, and when their internet would be back. I asked if I could reschedule my appointment to a later time or for another day. They told me I could not reschedule my appointment, and that I had to wait. I had to leave because I had to go to work and they told me that if I left, I would be charged a fee of $50. In my 32 years of being in the United States, this is the worst dentistry I have ever been to. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only thing they want is money.

I came to DFW Smiles in July due to all the good reviews, however my experience was not so great. I had come in because I knew I had cavities I needed to take care of, and I told them give me a quote to fix anything that needed to be fixed with my teeth. We ended up taking care of everything the dentist had pointed out, she was able to get started right away. Due to all the anesthesia, and swelling, I could not actually check my teeth before I had left. Once the anesthesia wore off, for the next week I had tried to contact the store, but every time I called, it went to voicemail. I had this stabbing pain in my left jaw at all times. They had reached back out to me after that first week, and said I could come back in and have the dentist take a look and see what could be going on. I decided not to go back as at this point, I was frustrated and did not trust them. $873 dollars later, I had a stabbing pain in my jaw that stayed for about a month, I don’t even know what they did with my front teeth as I remember them working on them, but they are definitely not fixed. I will attach a photo. Overall - While I was physically there, the people were friendly and reassuring. When I was not, it was difficult to reach them. I don’t know what work they did and what work they did not do, but after saying twice “I want to take care of EVERYTHING that needs to get done,” I expected more.
