Gentle Dental Happy Valley

1st visit went very well. Started with great patient greeting & service, examiner very detailed with lots of patience, friendly and meet Dr. Ngo and he’s a combined package of everything that I just mentioned.. I felt very comfortable and looking forward for my future appointments. 10+ rating from me!!

Had a really good experience here! The whole staff and the dental assistants were super polite and friendly, plus the wait time was barely anything. The office just has a great vibe, and you can tell the other patients are happy to be there too. The dentist was also really welcoming and honest. Highly recommend them!

I was a little nervous about going to a "corporate/chain" dentist office and, frankly, I mostly wound up going to Gentle Dental because of a favorable scheduling opportunity. It turns out I got lucky. The team has been attentive, friendly, and thorough. I have some decades-old dental work that's ready for an update/repair and the team did a nice job laying out my options for chronology and how best to time them for maximum insurance coverage. I have been pleasantly surprised by the team and will continue with them going forward.

Office staff has greatly improved! Appointment for a broken tooth was originally scheduled for Saturday, then was moved up twice as newer appointments became available! I was never in any pain so there was no hurry, but I appreciate the prompt updates so very much! Excellent service.

What a special, caring and compassionate crew. The doctor and Assistant went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and acknowledge my fear by asking how I was feeling throughout the visit!. First appointment and I went home feeling extremely good. Thank you all!!

I had six teeth filled on November 7, 2025. I'm very satisfied with the doctor. Five stars. However, the female assistant who assisted the doctor doesn't deserve even one star. She was extremely rude and seemed to enjoy the patient's suffering. She put all her weight on my shoulders, crushing me. As the doctor instructed, she put something in my mouth once, then told me to reach for the suction device and use it myself while I lay there waiting for the doctor. I didn't know how to use it, and lying down, I couldn't even tell where it was. Every time the assistant inserted and removed the device, it hit my teeth. She wouldn't even tell me to open my mouth and kept pushing. The doctor had to stop her. This was the worst dental assistant experience I've ever had.
