Garner & Nichols Dental

I’m new to the area and finding a new Dentist, is a difficult decision, and when it’s urgent even more so. I was able to get an appointment right away with Dr.Margaret Nichols. It was an excellent experience and she was very caring and reassuring. The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff is warm and friendly. I’ve already made my appointment for a cleaning. The cost of the service is reasonable. I’m so pleased with my new Dentist and dental office.

First time appointment here and let me just say - I don’t think I can ever go anywhere else. I’ve always been so insecure about my teeth, and this team made me feel so beautiful while making sure I received the needed care! Megan was the sweetest hygienist I think I’ve ever met, and Dr. Nichols was a ray of sunshine!! Will definitely be back

My first visit to garner & Nichols Dental was very positive experience. The front staff at the desk were very friendly greeting everyone with bigs smiles and welcomes. Once I was taken back to the examination room I was greeted with smiles and hello’s by all the staff. I fill by I don’t remember the young lady that cleaned my teeth but she was extremely cordial and done a fantastic job in cleaning my teeth. Once the dentist, Dr Nichols came I was again greeted with a big smile and friendly hello. After her exam of my teeth she explained what needed to be done and an estimate of the cost. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family to this dental facility.

Two thoughts: when I walked in the door the two ladies smiled and greeted me. I normally see Jeannie but today Mary was my technician. She greeted me with a smile and did a great job! Seems that everyone there is highly professional, proficient and is happy to be there — and always makes me feel welcome. Thanks Dr Nichols for setting a high standard. Your business is differential .

I was a first time visitor and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Upon entering the facility I was greeted with a smile. And I had the sweetest dental hygienist Mary!!! She had these old teeth sparkling and I was smiling in every store after that day!!! The atmosphere was clean and inviting. This is the best dental experience EVER!!!!

Garner Nichols Dental deserves more than just 5 stars! They went above and beyond for me! I was a new patient and called with an emergency they took me right in with no wait. I saw Dr. Burke and his lovely assistant Yai. I was an emotional wreck and Yai went above and beyond to comfort me to let me know it was all going to be ok. She got me a blanket and tissue to wipe my tears. She truly cared and assured me everything was going to be ok! Dr. Burke did an amazing job and made sure I left with a beautiful smile. I walked in yesterday day missing teeth and crying hysterically in tears but Dr Burke and his assistant worked aimlessly until I walked out with happy tears and a beautiful smile! I will be forever grateful to them and their hard work and dedication and compassion they showed me! They are my angels! Everyone there deserves recognition for going above and beyond too from the sweet girl at the front desk for getting me in with an appointment and the sweet lady who got me set up with Care Credit to help me pay for my dental work! You all are definitely The Dream Team!!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!

It was amazing to be able to get an appointment on such a short notice but it was literally the day after my Porcelain Crown broke that I was able to get my appointment. When I arrived the wait time was maybe 2 minutes and I was taken to a room and the assistant immediately got me prepped to see the dentist. The staff was kind, considerate and very caring and friendly and talked me through exactly what was going to take place. The dentist came in worked on my existing tooth in preparation for the new permanent crown. The assistant scanned my teeth for the fit, the dentist confirmed it and they had the machine start making it. Approximately 45 or 50 minutes later my new permanent crown was put in and I was out the door with NO follow up appointment needed. I truly appreciate Garner Nichols Dental and all the staff there.

Garner Dental is awesome. I was greeted cheerfully, didn’t wait hardly in time before being taken back to exam room. Dental Hygienist was so nice and did a great job. Dr Garner took time to fix a filling that had chipped so I didn’t have to make another trip to his office. Love Dr Garner and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone.
