Ten out of ten experience from start to finish. Everyone was extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional. Extremely clean facility, was comfortable the whole time. Couldn’t be more impressed with the my hygienist knowledge and thoroughness. The same for the doctor. This was my first visit with a new provider in over 10 years. I loved my old practice but travel and insurance coverage forced the change. I’m very happy to have found Life Time Smiles.

This is by far the most thorough dentists office I’ve ever been to. They take great care of you and it’s easy to love it here! Pro tip: if you get a cleaning in one of the areas toward the back, the chairs have massagers in them! It’s the little details that make dental work more enjoyable. Dr Koo is fabulous and so are Pam and Kim (hygienists). They’re all so super knowledgeable and you’re in good hands.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The clinic was very clean and well organized, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Koo was incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. His assistant, Adri, was also very kind, caring, and excellent at her job. I truly appreciate the quality of care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I cannot recommend Dr. Koo and his team highly enough! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Koo is exceptional. He has an incredible bedside manner, is gentle, patient, and truly knows how to connect with children. He took the time to make my son feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand. A special thank you to his amazing assistant, Adriana. She is absolutely wonderful! She is kind, compassionate, and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain every step of the visit, answered all of our questions, and made sure both my son and I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her caring attitude and genuine concern made all the difference.

I had my first Invisalign appointment with Dr. Sina and had a wonderful experience. I was pretty nervous going in, but Leny was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and even brought me water and a blanket to help me relax. Her calm and caring approach made all the difference. The appointment didn’t start quite as smoothly as I had hoped, but Leny quickly stepped in, put me at ease, and turned the experience around completely. Dr. Sina was great as well, and I left feeling confident and excited about beginning my Invisalign journey. I’ve received my first aligners and will be back in 12 weeks. I’m looking forward to the rest of my treatment. The entire staff has always been wonderful, and a special thank you to Kayla, who is consistently patient, super helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this team!

I've had multiple great visits here. They were even able to replace a crown that broke for me on very short notice and worked around my busy schedule. The team has always been friendly, professional, and accommodating. I've been so happy with my experience that both my wife and mother now come here for their dental care as well. Highly recommend!

I had an incredibly relaxed and painless root canal experience with Dr. Patel and his amazing assistant, Katie. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. Dr. Patel was professional, gentle, and efficient, and Katie’s kindness and support made the visit even better. I’m truly grateful for such outstanding care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work. Equally, Dr. K and her awesome assistant Alea did an incredible job crafting my temporary crown and installing the final crown perfectly. They were both personable, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
