I would give 5 stars, but teeth cleaning has overall been unpleasant for me over the years. This last visit Nina made it much better with her efficiency and good nature. It was appreciated.

For my baby boys very first visit. The staff from the moment we walked in was aces and the live screen check in was amazingly new, fun and accommodating. Then the greeting was superb followed by a short wait even though my appointment wasn't for another 45 minutes. We were seen in less then ten minutes of waiting. Once we were in one of their awesome rooms the nurse gave me prompt and important information on how the visit would be and what to do to help DR. My son was seen and gave little fuss but was sent off with a 👍 and a bag of healthy gifts for His bravery and visit. I'm so glad I made the right choice. Thank you so very much for the experience and welcome we received from the moment we walked in throughout the visit and seeing us on our way out. We're Very Happy 😁😁😁

All nice and helpful people. I have had good experiences here. I will say the only thing is I feel like I have a different primary dentist each time I go. All have been good though.

Have been a patient for about 20 yrs. The office staff is fantastic, offering great service to accommodate and help patients with their needs. Unfortunately, too many good dentist have come and gone. The good ones show and explain the problem with honesty and facts, and work with tenderness and care, being sensitive to the fears and the pain one experiences on a dentist's chair: and is not so quick to drill. A good dentist spends time with you, and since the offices has become sort of an assembly line-like structure, time is of the essence. Just because they are dentist does not mean they are gods. They can make mistakes that cannot be reversed. So be sure to educate yourself about your teeth and what can be done. See if there are alternatives that you can add to your protocol, and be sure to investigate that they are proven to work or to help. Dr. Stone is fantastic; treats you like he would his child. DO NOT USE ALMALGAM FILLINGS. IF POSSIBLE. USE COMPOSITES AT THE MINIMUM. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months, and my hygienist is very gentle with her hands and does her work with pride. I miss the doctors that have gone, and hoping for more Dr. Stones to become part of the staff for the office. Be careful for the "ones" that are ready to drill or remove. Stop eating junk, and brush your teeth ... Aloha

I had my teeth cleaned, & Nina was my hygienist & she was SUPER FANTASTIC!! I needed a good scolding for not flossing, & she really cares about each patient, I know. She educated me on things, which I really appreciated! She was fun, friendly, yet VERY Professional! You are lucky to have her working with you!! Give that girl a raise!!!

10/10 experience. They always let us know what procedure will be done ahead of time and the cost of it so there are no surprise bills awaiting. The staff is wonderful, wait time is short and Dr. Peter Lee and his assistant during the procedure were fast, effective but most of all wonderfully patient with my child. They made her feel comfortable and talked us through on what to do as well as after care. Best place to go to for kids first experiences.

I *cannot* say enough good things about these people and this office. They're kind, compassionate, as gentle as they're able to be. They communicate well with each other and with patients; they take time to answer my questions and make sure we understand each other, no matter how trivial or consequential my queries. Waiting times vary as the office sometimes seems like it could use more staff, but the waits are never long, and the actual procedures have taken exactly the amount of time promised. I genuinely feel cared for here, even during difficult and invasive operations. Highly skilled, highly compassionate people. 5/5, definitely recommend

I had a great first experience! I noticed right away everyone’s smiling faces and warm presence. Although there was some frustration with some guests, the team handled it very well and I was impressed. I also felt safe and relaxed when they put music on, as well as dimming the lights. At the end, I felt much better with my thoroughly cleaned teeth. I look forward to my next visit with these professionals!
