Kaizen Dental Center - Dentist Kaneohe

My husband has been having some dental concerns & although I work at another dentist office, I.chose to make his appointment here. I used to work here so I understand & have seen first-hand the treatment that is given, is GREAT! Amanda & Milan are amazing. Amanda explained everything to us regarding insurance & copay. She managed to fit him in before his desired time frame. Mahalo Amanda, Milan, Dr Gwen & Dr M (owner) for making sure my husband has continued excellent care even though I no longer work there, still treating him like family.🤙🏼🤙🏼

Everything and everyone was great, friendly and made me feel welcomed. Only question was at checkout I was told I had a balance from a prior visit that I was not aware of and my last visit was 6 months ago. Anyways, would recommend this office for the services.

All of the employees from the Dentist right down to the receptionist were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was fast and efficient and friendly and put up with my Terrible humor. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new place to be looked after I am very fortunate to have found it.

Great Service! I was sitting in their chair 3 hours after I called about an old filled tooth breaking off. There was no saving it, so Dr. Masten expertly extracted it and diligently removed the roots. He patiently explained all my options and how to care for my gums. I highly recommend this guy.

Great dental practice. They were able to see me the same day I called to address a broken crown. They were very caring in addressing my dental care needs and courteous about reaching out to my insurance company relative to services eligible under my dental care plan. I had a problem with Dr Ari and it turned out to be a major problem for almost 2 years . When I was finally going to just give up and settle the account they called and apoligised for what I went thru and canceled the amount owed them. I really appreciate when someone is willing to admit when someone working for them used poor judgement and is willing to make things right. I have been with Kaizen Dental for years and have always been thrilled with the work. My wife and I hope to be with them for many years to come.

Staff is always kind and attentive. I had my 2 month old baby boy with me, my father in law looked after him in the waiting area while I got my teeth cleaned, the staff would notify me when he cried and made it easy for me to go in and out to tend to my baby and patiently completed my cleaning! Thank you!!
