Vue Dental Kyle

I came in today as a new patient. The staff were friendly and informative, and they let me know what they were watching and what might need fixing some day. I did end up needing a single filling, and they were available to do it the same day. I'm impressed. I've had dentists in the past who I felt like were scamming me, but I did not get that impression here. I look forward to my next appointment there, and I recommend you giving them a try, as well.

Dr. Patel at Vue Dental in Kyle is truly exceptional!! I was an Invisalign patient of hers for three years, and the time absolutely flew by. She is incredibly patient, detail‑oriented, thorough, and always made me feel comfortable at every appointment. From day one, she takes the time to explain every step of the entire process from A to Z so I never had any surprises, and she even offered helpful payment options along the way. My confidence has completely returned now that my teeth are straight again, and I have Dr. Patel and her amazing staff to thank. Every visit was a pleasure, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend!!

Today I had a great first visit to Vue Dental. For a person who is nervous when visiting the dentist that is quite a compliment! Dr. Patel was my doctor for this appointment. I so appreciate the care, kindness and consideration she gave me. She spent time explaining all of the procedures she was going to perform and she made certain that my needs were met. Her staff and assistants were patient focused. Thank you for making my appointment experience a positive one.

Dr. Patel is the sweetest dentist I’ve ever met. She is super transparent with prioritizing dental treatment. She offers financing options, its a PLUS! Her dental assistants are so kind and comforting. Nancy, Jamie and Alexis have provided the best services that create memorable experiences! Thank you!

I highly recommend my dentist, Dr. Patel. She is extremely professional ,caring, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. She makes every visit comfortable and takes a genuine interest in her patients ‘ well-being. Her knowledge, patience. and attention to details gives me confidence that I am receiving the best care possible. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication, and I am grateful to have such an outstanding Dentist!!.

Definitely NOT recommended. Our experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. My husband underwent two root canal treatments here, and both failed after just over a year. In our case, the outcomes raise serious concerns about the quality and durability of the treatment provided. These procedures were not only ineffective but also caused significant pain. When we contacted the clinic to discuss next steps, we were surprised by the complete lack of accountability. The owner did not meet with us directly at the end, and all communication was handled through the front desk. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, we were quoted a price that is higher than many comparable options in the Austin area. During the conversation, we were told, “we also spent time on your case,” which felt dismissive given that the treatments did not achieve a lasting result. As a result of these failed treatments, what could have remained a root canal case has now progressed to requiring a dental implant—an outcome that is far more invasive and costly. Based on our experience, this clinic was not willing to stand behind their work when issues arose. That is unacceptable for a practice handling procedures of this level. Our family will not be returning, and we would strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate their options before choosing this clinic for anything beyond routine care.

Had to go in for an emergency exam. I was in a lot of pain. They got me in right away. Great bedside manner. I wish I lived closer. I definitely would go here. Definitely worth the drive from Austin. Everyone was great. Dr Patel was honest, caring, and straight to the point. Rob was very clear on treatment planning and ensuring if I needed any financing. Jaime, the assistant, was great also, personable but quick in taking my X-rays and gentle, knowing I was in a lot of pain. Max didn’t work on my case but is a nice addition to the office aesthetics. Everyone here overall was just very nice and it was a very pleasant visit. If you choose to go here, you won’t be disappointed.
