Sage Dental of Lake Worth Rd. at 95

I booked appt for my daughter which was today and was told that she didn’t have an appt. She’s a nursing student with a tight schedule so this was a huge inconvenience. The receptionist Irene said my daughter didn’t confirm the appt via text message that my daughter never received and Sage didn’t even bother to call her to confirm the appt. I told the receptionist that my daughter didn’t get the message and she kept insisting that my daughter did, I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor and Irene kept telling me that there was no superiors there. I gave my daughter the phone to speak with Irene and Irene proceeded to laugh in her face. Her customer service skills are below par. Sage dental has lost 3 loyal clients in today due to this. I will also inform other family members that attend Sage to no longer get services from them.

Irene the receptionist has horrible customer service and a terrible attitude. She refused to direct me to a manager or someone above her for assistance. If you do not like your job you should not be working there. I have been going to sage dental since a child and have never experienced such disrespect. When asked to speak to a manager irene at the front desk proceeded to laugh in my face. Now I am laughing in yours here’s your review!

Like just about everybody else, I really don't like going to the dentist. However my appointment today at Sage Lake Worth was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist could be. A very professional setting, skilled competent hands that put you at ease and amazing results. Very happy.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Michael Newman and his assistant, Maggie. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable, made laugh during the procedure. Dr. Newman explained the endodontic procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions, which helped ease my anxiety. Maggie was kind, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their expertise, compassion, and attention to patient care made the experience much better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Newman and Maggie to anyone in need of endodontic treatment. Thank you both for your outstanding care!

Leydis was amazing and thorough. Highly recommend her to anyone needing a cleaning. Front office staff was helpful, upbeat and responsive, making my experience a positive one. Dr. Baumgardner was fantastic. She really cares for her patients and is honest with her treatment plans.

This is the first time in all these years for dental visits that I actually laughed so hard with the staff there! My health coverage has changed, very upsetting, and I almost wasn't going to come here and look for somewhere else possibly cheaper. However Natalia was so kind and patient she helped me to get on your plan of coverage and I decided to keep the appointment today. Roxanne at the front desk very kind, sweet and professional. Leydis the hygienist, was amazingly gentle. And very patient, sweet, funny! And of course very professional. This wonderful staff including also the others that I didn't get their names, made this dental appointment and experience very pleasant! Quite a pleasant surprise today! Thank you all.
