I said I didn't want to be criticized about my teeth brushing, as I am doing the best I can, & he told me "then this isn't the place for you". Not compassionate! No care about the patient & their feelings!

Dr. Andy and his staff are really great. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’ve had to get dentures and they walked me through everything. Never in a hurry, explained everything step by step until I was comfortable with the process. Additionally, the front desk staff is great as well. They worked with me and my insurance and made sure I understood all the financial arrangements too. I really can’t say enough good things about this practice.

West Lake Dental is great! A friend referred me here, and I am incredibly thankful they did. Dr. Andy and the entire staff are absolutely awesome. They are both thoroughly professional and genuinely friendly. I typically do not like the dentist experience at all, but Dr. Andy and his team completely changed my perspective. I have to give them 5 stars for making me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend West Lake Dental!

Dr. Andy is very gentle have gone to him for years and hope to always go to him. My daughter lives in Phoenix and comes back whenever she needs dental care because she loves the whole staff.

Dr. Maples and his staff have been beyond amazing. This is my first and not my last review due my still having some future procedures upcoming. So far I could not be more pleased with all of them. I would also compliment Sarah personally. She has been very professional and very cordial. Besides doing everything required, she is also excellent at making a patient comfortable. Very impressive. After almost 1 year of multiple visits and multiple procedures I am finally finished. I can't describe how amazing this journey has been. It wouldn't do justice to how I was treated. Do yourself a huge favor and see Doctor Maples (Andy) with any problems that you might have. He and his entire staff are unbelievable in every way.

Westlake Dental is a wonderful dental practice. From Dr. Andy to Annie greeting me at the door, Michelle cleaning away expertly, Jake, Sherry. I know I am forgetting names, but we appreciate you all!!

They really studied my problems and listened to my history. Dr. Andy took a great deal of care and is going to sit down with me to discuss my options after he has all my information from past dentists.
