Love the customer service at Picasso! They are patient and knowledgeable, answering every question I have. My Invisalign consultation was very informative. I learned a lot more about my teeth and was able to start my record the same day, despite them being busy on a Tuesday. The front office helped explained the payment plan and was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. My whole appointment was about 1.5 hours, but they were fairly busy on this Tuesday. Feeling excited about starting my Invisalign journey thanks to Picasso!

The team are kind to my children when they’re there, and they communicate well. Importantly, they’ve always been accommodating.

This place has gone way down. The " general surgeon" yelled at my disable child several times. He didn't introduce himself so I don't know his name. He didn't even look at my child's file or mouth. He only yelled allegations and didn't listen. He violated our privacy by talking with door open then yelling down the hall for someone else to talk to me about his false accusation of drugs use. He should not work with anyone child after my experience.

Litteraly such a waste of money. I had both myself and two of my children come here to get cleanings and consultations. I was told about all the treatment that was needed said OK we could set up payment plans and then when I called to set up the payment plan I was told that they cannot treat any of us in the office so basically I just wasted a bunch of money and time that I could’ve been at work this to be seen and have a useless consultation for them only to refer me out to multiple different places that I have to have another consultation at. Zero help, would never recommend to someone. That being said, the staff was fantastic other than the front desk lady who spoke With me on the phone both times.

Horrible experience. Came twice and they did nothing no matter how many times I tried to tell them what I needed done. Still tried to charge me an insane out of pocket amount for doing “exams” that were already done less than 6 months ago. Extremely unprofessional and useless. The person at the front desk, Mandy, let me know that I was “wasting her time” even though this is my second appointment (waiting about an hour and half) with them within the last 6 months in which they have done nothing but repeat exams. Not even a cleaning was done, but yes I’m the one “wasting time.”

Had a root canal and a crown done here. They sent me to a specialist to have the root canal and then had me do the crown in house. When attaching the crown the dr. kept saying the fit was bad so she would need to grind my tooth down a little to make it fit. She said if she went too far we would have to pull the tooth and do a bridge so she had to make sure and not do that. I told her, let’s just get another one made please. but she took X rays while grinding the tooth and assured me everything was fine. I later went in to have the fit checked because it looked like there was a gap between the tooth and crown to me. I was assured the fit was fine. Now, 2 years and 11 months later I had to have this tooth pulled because it rotted inside the crown. They took zero responsibility and when I asked what they were going to do about it they just said that the doctor that did the crown is not there anymore so there is nothing they can do about it. No offer to decrease the cost of an implant or anything. So I spent 2K out of pocket, a lot of pain and time to now have a missing tooth just under 2 years and 11 months later.
