I have been at GE Dental in Miami gardens for about 2 years now. I was under the care of Dr Scott and now Dr Pedro. Both doctors are very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I have found Allie and the front desk staff to be very professional & accommodating with my scheduling. I am insured with Humana PPO and I feel the prices are good for the quality dental service I receive.

The worst orthodontist department. They don’t answer the phone return calls but you still will be billed. My son has his braces on done been calling the ortho department for over a year to make an appointment never got a callback. Then when I go to the office I was then informed that they can change the entire staff and now I have a balance and they cannot continue to care until I pay it. And the new manager explanation of me having a balance, even though they were never working on my teeth with oh, it’s just like a car note to have to pay even though we did not fulfill our obligations on end.

I always have a wonderful experience at this dental office. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk was organized and welcoming and the dental team explained everything clearly before starting the procedure. Dr. Smith is phenomenal. She is attentive, along with the staff; they are kind and extremely experienced with children. She takes the time to make kids feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I had an exceptional experience at Great Expressions Dental Centers – North Dade, and I’m truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by the entire team. People are often quick to write reviews when they want to complain about poor service, but it is just as important to recognize when we receive great service and care. Everything happens for a reason.I was originally scheduled at another dental office, but they canceled my appointment the day before. Since I needed to be seen quickly, I chose Great Expressions at random from my insurance directory. One thing that stood out to me was that the office listed multiple languages spoken by the staff, which I really appreciated. First and foremost, Aly at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. I ended up running late and called to let them know. Instead of turning me away, she graciously allowed me to still come in. She even sent me a message saying: “GEDC Dental Info: Please come into the office now. We are ready to see you. Thank you again for your patience.” At first, I assumed it was an automated message, but realizing she personally took the time to send it meant a lot to me. Aly is truly the reason I was able to make it to my appointment that day. If it were not for her, I would have missed the appointment entirely. Her kindness immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit and made the entire experience feel welcoming from the very beginning. Great Expressions is incredibly fortunate to have Aly at the front desk - she is a true gem and the kind of service professional who makes patients feel valued. I also got completely lost trying to find the office. I first went to the Planet Fitness plaza and then the white plaza nearby. When I called the office, Laika patiently stayed on the phone with me and guided me step-by-step until I was finally able to find the correct location. I truly appreciated her patience and willingness to take the time to help me navigate there. That actually brings me to one constructive suggestion for ownership or management, the dental office itself is wonderful, but the building is very easy to miss while driving along NW 27th avenue . It’s a brown building nestled between two busy plazas, and I have driven past it many times over the years without ever noticing it. Because the team inside is so amazing, it would be great if the building were made more visually noticeable from the street- perhaps by adding brighter painting , like yellow accents to the exterior , refreshing the signage with a bright yellow smile icon ( instead of blue) so that drivers can easily spot the office when passing by or by adding signage to the top of the building. The current signage is fading into the background. Once I arrived, the security guard outside even helped me find a parking spot since parking was very tight, which I appreciated. Inside the office, I met Noelia, the dental hygienist, who was wonderful. She was very gentle while taking my X-rays, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I really enjoyed our interaction, and she even helped me practice a little Spanish with her while in the examination room. Then I met Dr. Peretta, who had excellent bedside manner. She was very thorough and clearly explained the plan of action for my dental care moving forward. I genuinely look forward to continuing as her patient. Finally, Samantha and Nika at checkout were both very pleasant and wrapped up the entire visit on a positive note. By the end of my appointment, I truly felt like I was at home with friends and family. Overall, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Great Expressions to anyone looking for a dental provider. In fact, I have already scheduled an appointment for my neighbor, who had been actively looking for a new dental office to help address concerns with her broken dentures.
