Dale Family Dentistry

First and foremost, I want to start off by saying I am not a walk in the park patient… I am high maintenance and high anxiety! However, Dale has made every phone call and every visit feel like I’m meant to be there. Dr. Heinz, his assistant Jessica, and the hygienist Julie were the greatest experience I could ever have at the dentist. I came in for a deep cleaning and two fillings and the whole time they were focused on me. They eased my anxiety so much and made the experience the best I’ve had at a dentist office. I requested to have Julie again in two weeks when I come back in for my other deep cleaning and she put it in her calendar to make sure I had someone I could trust. I HIGHLY recommend Dale. I won’t go anywhere else and I actually look forward to going and seeing them to keep my teeth in great shape. Update: 24 hours after my SRP, I took an excedrin not thinking about the aspirin in it and my healing process. My gum started bleeding heavily and developed a liver clot in several areas. It continued for 7 hours despite gauze and pressure, so I went to the ER where they put epinephrine cream on my gums. This did not stop the bleeding at all and I continued to bleed another couple hours. I called Dale right at 8 and they got me in at 8:30. Dr. Ferlita was so prompt and caring and fixed the issue quick while explaining everything. Although the situation wasn’t ideal, Dale once again was an amazing experience in a stressful situation. Could not recommend them more.

This afternoon I had a superb dental appointment at Dale Family Dentistry. Julie Barclay performed the cleaning with excellent care and the highest competence. I was definitely comfortable, especially because Julie is very friendly. I certainly also appreciate the additional oral evaluation with the dentist's supportive comments. My experiences at Dale Family Dentistry have been exceptional. I'm very happy that I was referred to this 5-Star dental practice! Thank You!

I had an infected wisdom tooth. I called & they got me in THE SAME DAY! My Dentist was Ethan Dunn. He was incredible and I will be asking for him again when I get my second tooth pulled. They numbed me with a gel first & then Ethan gave me around 11 or so shots to numb the area. I never felt any of them. Getting the tooth removed was also painless and quick. The recovery process has been super easy and I've had literally 0 pain at all just by following their instructions for aftercare. I honestly can't wait to get the other one pulled! I recently moved to Indiana from another state and was looking for a new dentist when I found Dale Family Dentistry. I had my first appointment this week, and I could not be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. The office is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. If you are looking for a dentist in the area, I highly recommend Dale Family Dentistry. I’m so glad I found them!

Marilyn Miller-Farmer Upon receiving a call on a Saturday morning at 6:30 AM from my 90 year old mother, I was informed my day had just turned a little frantic. My mother stated, "I have been up all night and my face is swollen." She had a severe toothache. We (My wife and I) scrambled to find a place to get her some help. At 8:01, we called Dale Dental and asked for help. We were told there was one appointment left, a 9:00, and it was ours if we could get there.. Amazingly, we got from Georgetown, IN to Jeffersonville and to the New Albany offices of Dale Dental with time to spare. By 10:33, my mother was done with her procedure and we were back at her house by 12:30. What a relief this was. Until you're the person ultimately responsible for your parent's wellbeing, you can't fully appreciate how much kind words, availability and professionalism mean to you on an early Saturday morning. The staff at Dale Family Dentistry eased our minds and got my mother's tooth issues resolved with smiles and very pleasant, yet professional treatment. Thanks to you all. Kim Miller

They did a phenomenal job in my visit today. Professional, genuinely fast though they had many patients, I am so glad they have Saturdays available, they were attentive and very kind (you can tell they were genuine), and they were detailed. They explained what they were doing and why and made me feel extremely welcome and wanted. I want to emphasize how professional they were. The teeth cleaning was extremely thorough, and they communicated well with each other. Upbeat atmosphere. I am definitely staying at this dentist location. Highly recommend.

I came to Dale to get a new upper denture and new lower partial. Dr McGraw took care of me and did an excellent job! Took a long time to get my fittings right but he was very thorough and I couldn't be happier. He made sure everything was right before he had my dentures made. Everyone in this office is amazing....kind...friendly and helpful. Best dental office ever!

I have very bad dental anxiety and I had to have 4 teeth extracted. The first office I went to the dentist had a horrible bedside manner so I decided to come here. Dr. Halversen is very thorough at explaining everything and doesn’t rush you. He really made the process less stressful. Destiny and Jensen were great and helped me keep my mind occupied so that helped with not feeling too anxious.

5 star treatment. Always friendly, caring and sensitive to patients needs. Highly recommend them. Had an extraction of a tooth today and it was so easy I could not believe it. The tooth was loose so it was extracted easily. Love the care I get at Dale Family Denistry. Dr. halverston is the best and so the entire staff.

I HIGHLY recommend Dale Family Dentistry to anyone. I’ve been a patient for over a year and they’ve always done amazing. On my first appointment I had some cavities that needed filled and they made the process smooth and comfortable as a filling can get. Every visit they give me some advice on how to keep my teeth healthy and each time I go they say my teeth look better from the last visit. The entire staff team are always super friendly and professional. They will always be my #1 pick for a dentist office in southern Indiana!
