Great experience, as always. The dental hygienist was kind, skilled and informative. Dr. Tracy discussed my issues and concerns in a simple and educational manner, explaining every step of the process and making sure I was comfortable. All of the staff have gone above and beyond at every interaction. I highly recommend Denzinger Family Dentistry.

Denzinger Family Dentistry earned all 5 stars!! The entry receptionist was warm and welcoming. The exit attendant was very polite and patient with me as she assisted me with setting up my future visits.I was apprehensive and self-conscious due to my neglect of my oral hygiene. However, The dental hygienist set the foundation for an amazing appointment. She was knowledgeable, kind, understanding and empathetic. The Dentist presented my extensive corrective oral plan thoroughly . She was intelligent and very approachable. The Dentist was also very compassionate. I have never had a better dental appointment!!

Overall, my experience has been good, and the staff has always been friendly. However, one thing I do not like is that I seem to have a different hygienist every time I come in. It makes me uncomfortable having to adjust to someone new at each visit. I had a great interaction with Desiree and was hoping to continue seeing her as my hygienist. Unfortunately, I was not informed until the day of my appointment that her schedule had changed, so I was again scheduled with someone else. I would have appreciated a phone call in advance so I could have adjusted my appointment to continue seeing her. Another concern I have is the constant push for cosmetic services or additional products when they do not seem necessary. It feels like every visit brings a new recommendation. I do not like feeling pressured to consider services or products that I do not believe I need. My teeth are in great condition, and I maintain good oral hygiene, which has been confirmed by the dentist. However, I often have aspects of my natural teeth or smile pointed out as “flaws,” such as not having a perfectly U-shaped smile. From my perspective, there is no issue that needs correcting. I come in for routine dental care, not cosmetic improvements. I also do not appreciate having my appointments run well past the scheduled time to hear additional discussions about services or products I should consider. At times, it makes it feel more about selling services rather than focusing on my oral health and the reason for my visit.

Great experience starting over with a new practice. They are truly a team of caring and professional ladies I hope to never have to change providers again because my insurance changed. Their work and patience with me was superior! Thanks for taking me on as a new older patient.

I went to Denzinger Dentistry because I know they will actively listen to the issues I am experiencing. The staff is always professional and friendly and do all they can to address not only your dental health but your entire health. My job changed insurance companies so I am no longer covered, but I went to them anyway. They did not disappoint. I am strongly considering paying extra for the services. Thank you very much Dr. Mary. Because of you I will have a very enjoyable weekend.

OMG! First, I loved the speedy in-take process because I’m new. I loved the receptionist knew what to do with an issue regarding my insurance not popping up instead of needing me to walk her through like other places. The Dental Assistant, Payton, was great in her explanations of everything, gentle on my GUMS, and just pleasant. The doctor was friendly and patient. Checkout staff are so warm and they SMILED!!! Love this place! Love the people! So friendly—like a family! I could tell they loved their jobs and loved taking care of me!! My appointment was 3pm today, Jan. 19, 2026 and nobody was grouchy! I recommend this site because they treat you well! And service was excellent! Topped my expectations!

What an incredible dental office! The entire team is kind, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I have dental anxiety and have avoided the dentist for the past year, and they were so patient, caring, and supportive throughout my entire appointment. The overall environment is warm and welcoming, too. I also had the absolute best dental hygienist, Elise. Thank you so much for such a positive experience. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be continuing my appointments here! Top notch!
