Morrison dental is a lie! First of all the issues with my teeth began after seeing them but I kept giving them a chance. Now I find out they deactivated my account for rescheduling and no-show. I have only rescheduled twice. All other appts were short notice rescheduling by them NOT ME! I am being blamed for situations they put me in. It's bad enough every time i went there i saw different providers even some that i believe were students. I would never recommend them ever again and the front desk woman was very rude when I called. She did not even want to assist me to get to the bottom of the discrepancies instead she just wanted me off the phone. I have proof that they are incorrect but it's fine. They do not have to worry about any recommendations from me.

Usually, I have great experiences at this dentist office and my teeth cleaning came out really well however, this is the second time our price discrepancy has happened and I've still been expected to pay. The first time I was quoted the wrong price for a treatment plan and I paid what they quoted me in office and then they called me several times because the payment was incorrect and I owe them $40 so I kept forgetting and couldn't get to get it paid and then they called me finally and was like we're gonna cancel your cleaning and your account if you don't make this payment so I paid the $40 and moved on here recently I was in for a cleaning and I was asked if I wanted it for a ride with my cleaning as if it was just something that came along with the cleaning and I responded. Yes no one ever told me that it was an out-of-pocket cost. I guess I was just supposed to assume so and when I got to the front desk, I was charged $40 even though the hygienist told the receptionist that she did not tell me that it was a cost. My husband was right next-door having his teeth cleaned And whoever helped him did tell him that it was an extra cost and he was able to decline the treatment. Other than that, it's a really nice dental office. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable.

The staff was super friendly, and all of them made sure you understood what was happening. They were very patient and kind! I usually loathe going to the dentist, but this was one of my best experiences ever, highly recommend them!

Dr Hong is the bomb and Elaine is so professional and friendly. I was in the chair for two and a half hours and it flew by seriously. I got two crowns I mean I'm sitting here now I just got finished and I feel great. My bite is perfect on my temporaries and I know that my permanent crowns will be perfect also. So thankful for Morrison's Dental Group at Denbigh.Linda

If it 10 Stars they would all be checked . From the warm greeting from the receptionist Ms Sara to the dental assistant. That TEAM is phenomenal, they take their time and walk you through each step of the procedure you are having to make sure you understand and comfortable. Dr. Marc Barrett I give you and your team a “10”

Extremely frustrating experience with Morrison Dental. I’ve been trying since August just to get a basic teeth cleaning, and they have canceled my appointment THREE separate times. At this point, it feels completely disrespectful of my time. Every time I schedule, I have to plan around it, only to have them cancel again. There’s only so many chances you can give before it becomes clear this office is unreliable and poorly managed. If they can’t handle something as simple as keeping a routine cleaning appointment, it really makes you question how they handle anything more serious. I would not recommend this place if you expect basic professionalism or consistency. Save yourself the hassle and find a dental office that actually values your time.

Always a lovely experience at Morrison Dental! As a frequent flyer who has had many issues in the past, it's comforting to know I'll get great treatment, friendly conversation and all my questions answered. I'll never go anywhere else, if I can help it
