Oak Forest Complete Dental

I would avoid this place. I was excited to come in as a first time client. At the beginning of the appointment everything went well. One of the front desk staff was great. I spoke with the dentist and she was great as well. However she mentioned a treatment that I should get that would be covered by my insurance. When I went to the front desk, I was told the complete opposite. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive and not accommodating to my overall experience. Told me instead of them calling me, I need to give them a call about my insurance next month without trying to book the next appointment for me. I then gave a call back later in the day for an explanation because I was extremely confused. The front desk was still dismissive, talking over me and you could tell they didn’t really want to help. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of my time. I told them as a first time client I will not be moving forward with my care there.

Time and time again I said the teeth were too short. I was ignored. My teeth look like the Cheshire Cat. I'm stuck with these teeth for now.

Hi! We switched dentists. This one is just down the street. A very nice set-up. A home that is converted to a dental office. Everyone was polite & professional. I haven’t seen a dentist in maybe 4 years. I had dental X-rays done. You don’t wear the leaded apron for X-rays! There’s a new way for dental X-rays. It’s called: NOMAD. So cool! My teeth were professionally cleaned. Now I have 4 more visits! LOL! Don’t skip going to the dentist!

Was a great professional and friendly visit today. They did an amazing job. I very much appreciate it. Dr. Baheti and her assistant did a spectacular job on my tooth. Reina has also been super helpful a nice too. In fact, everyone at this location is amazing. I look forward to each visit because i know they all work hard and know what they are doing very well. Definitely recommend!!!

I would give Oak Forest Complete Dental 4 stars overall. My appointment started about 30 minutes later than my scheduled time, and the lobby was very busy with several people already waiting ahead of me. Interestingly, even with the large group waiting, I was the first person called back, though it was still well past my appointment time. Despite the delay, I thought the quality of care was excellent. The staff, hygienist, and dentist were all kind, professional, and respectful. The hygienist did a great job explaining everything she was doing during the cleaning and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The dentist was thorough, attentive, and did not seem to cut any corners. During the exam, additional issues were identified, and the dentist addressed each concern with practical solutions and a clear follow-up plan. He even personally handed me my prescription as I was leaving. In my opinion, this office may have a longer-than-average wait time, but the level of care feels premium and worth mentioning. The professionalism, communication, and attention to detail stood out to me.

I wanted to share some feedback about my hygienist, Liz—she is truly the highlight of the whole practice! It’s rare to find someone who executes their job so flawlessly, but Liz does exactly that. I feel so blessed to have had her for my last two cleanings over the past six months. She is hands-down the most meticulous worker I’ve ever met, and I definitely want to keep her as my permanent hygienist. Keep up the fantastic work, Liz!

Greeted very well by the receptionist entering Perfect Smile. I had a matter of insurance to discuss with Diana. She was great, and her positive energy is appreciated, especially at the dental office. The next person was "Liz" my hygienist. She does such an excellent job, with a wonderful sense of humor while providing professional cleaning and hygienist services. Liz is definitely my 1st choice while visiting Perfect Smile, and Yes I am a client. Jimmy Holloway!!!

terrible customer service. most definitely agree on they make you wait longer past your appointment time, the dentist is great but not so much on the dental assistance - front desk it's about 4 or 5 of them on phones.* after care * i've been calling since December left a voicemail about billing and i barely got through to someone today, even when i was on the phone it was laughter not taking their job serious or don't know how to do their job. very unprofessional behavior. do not recommend going here. *UPDATE* will comment later with concerns, provided phone number but still won't answer the phones when i call.
