Dentists of Ocoee

I came to this new dentist clinic after going to my old dental clinic, and there’s really no comparison. The staff here are very understanding, communicative, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very happy I made the switch! Overall 5 stars !!!

I am not one to leave reviews, but my experience at Dentists of Ocoee was exceptional. I went in for extreme dental pain and they fit me in same day! I left completely relieved and wowed by my experience there. The whole staff was super friendly and professional. On top of that, the office is very clean and modern. A plus, they offer payment plans. Dr. Nguyen goes above and beyond, such a great dentist! 5 stars!!!!!

This was my first visit to the dentist in a while, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I checked in, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Reina, who was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and to Dr. Ayoub, who was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They both made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and reassuring. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. The entire team genuinely cares about their patients, and it really shows. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care and outstanding customer service!

There is nothing to be “afraid” of at this dental office! It starts with the friendliest office staff. Thank you Leiani for being so sweet. XRays were a breeze! I had my teeth cleaned by Gina who was very thorough and pleasant. Thanks to the dentist who came in for a quick check. He has always been honest and caring, not to mention calm and gentle. I always leave this office having a good experience.

*warning* Long but positive post, with grammatical errors... I haven't been to a dentist for a couple of years because of the fear and bad experiences I've had (yes plural). My husband came beforehand and highly recommend this place. I called, Leiani answered quickly. She was super sweet, patient and helpful with a bubbly attitude. I came in the following day, found out I needed a deep cleaning and a crown (not to be mistaken for a Tierra, though I would have taken that if offered). I hate being in pain but HATE needles even more and wanted to run, but when asked if I wanted to move forward with it, I put my thug mask on, raised my head a few degrees and said, "aight", while trembling like a chihuahua without a sweater during the summer. Came back the next morning and couldn't help but start crying. (LISTEN, thugs cry too! We listen and we don't judge.) Ms. Ellie comforted me, even though she is from Chicago... NEW YORK BABY! She came to the back with me, made me laugh, and held my hand. There I met with Dr. Helen, who might I add was AMAZING! She had some tricks up her sleeve and I didn't feel the first shot! She did her THANG while singing along with the music I choose. Lol. Between her and Ellie (both very understanding and comforting and great taste in music) I know I wouldn't have stayed for the crown. They had me laughing the whole time. When all was done I cried again, like a thug, with relief. God bless Gina, the hygenist because my teeth looked CAH-LEAN! (Clean, just in case you were wondering) That girl ate! I still have some stuff to be done but can honestly say I look forward to coming back. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. You won't regret it.

I had an excellent experience with Helen at Dentists of Ocoee. She performed my cleaning and also removed my wisdom teeth, and the entire process was very smooth. Helen was professional, thorough, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. What impressed me most was my recovery. I had virtually no pain or swelling after the procedure. I was even able to eat later that same day without any issues, which exceeded my expectations. Her skill, attention to detail, and patient care are truly outstanding. I highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dental professional. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and comfortable! I don't know why everyone says getting your wisdom teeth pulled feels so bad??

Everyone was extremely nice and we had such a great experience. From the front desk to our dental assistant, Dede- the kindness was unmatched. Our dentist Dr. Tvan Nguyen did a great job at reassuring my husband who has had bad experiences in the past at dentists offices, he was very thorough and honest about what steps we needed to take next. All in all a fantastic experience and definitely recommend them if you’re looking t switch dentist or need a new one in the area!! (attached a photo bc the glasses didn’t fit him at all but still worked jsut looked funny hahaha- for reference he’s 6’5)
