The Dentist was professional and empathetic. I have some anxiety about the drill but they were both kind and did everything humanly possible to make me feel comfortable. The procedure was done quickly and competently, very happy and highly recommend

This is a Five Star Dental Office! From the moment you walk in it is obvious the care and detail that has gone into the modern office asthetics. It is beautiful and clean. You are met with a welcoming staff who call you by name and who begin the reassurance process (in case you have dental anxiety) just by their positive attitudes. No one was rude or grumpy! The ambiance is peaceful, so relaxing isn't hard. A kind and friendly staff make all the difference in a dental practice and the gals all were just that. I've found that that's usually a combination of skilled hiring and trickle-down from the top management. They all seemed to love their jobs! Dr. Gaches is high energy and excited about what he does and is committed to doing it with excellence. He answered in both clinical and lay terms all of my questions and with a great sense of humor! I had two crowns put on and there was no pain except for minor needle pinches for the numbing agent. And even that was barely felt. He made sure I was in no discomfort whatsoever. The staff and he worked in tandem as if reading each other's minds. I've seen a dentist or two in my 60 plus years and this was hands down the most professional and may I add, pleasurable visit to a dentist I've ever had. I'm proud to say I have a new dentist in Dr. Gaches and won't hesitate to return. Its a young practice but one destined to grow what with the care and excellence this practice exudes. Dr. Gaches and his staff were great. I had chipped a part of my tooth off, and they were able to get me in very quickly for a quick fix. Their office was really nice, and Dr. Gaches and his staff were very warm and personable, which isn't always what I've experienced at a dentistry. Most importantly, they all seemed to be experts and I felt at ease with them working on me. I found my new dentist, and already have my 1st cleaning scheduled in a few weeks. I was very nervous to go back to the dentist after not going for 11 years. I came in to a BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN office and the nicest staff! Amanda did my cleaning and x-rays. She was so sweet and thorough in explaining everything she was doing! The dentist was GREAT and so personable! Taylor was the one who helped the dentist do my filling, and gave me all the information on future treatment plans! 10/10 recommend this dentist! I scheduled my next appointment on the spot!
