Pine Grove Family Dental

We all hate going to the dentist but this place is so great at making you feel relaxed and understanding your situation. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They also communicate extremely well with what’s going on in your mouth and what needs to happen moving forward.

My appointment was quick, little wait. Dr Harmony was very efficient and helpful. I am planning to use Pine Grove for my future dental needs.

I’m not a huge fan of the dentist but my hygienist is fantastic and all the dentists I’ve interacted with have been great, too! The office is calm and the staff friendly. Highly recommend!

I felt welcome and relaxed during my appointment. Dr. Harmon and Paulette were very professional and got good results. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

In July, Dr. Foutz filled a cavity in a tooth that really needed a root canal and it caused me alot if pain until I could find a better dentist. She put a crown on another tooth but two days before it was to be put in, the office called to tell me they were out-of-network with my plan and I would need to pay out of pocket if I wanted to proceed. Previously, they had assured me they were in network. They had already taken a mold and had the crown created. At that point, I had a temporary so I felt I had to proceed. My only other choice would be to try to find a dentist willing to pick up where she left off. The staff is so nice but Dr. Foutz seemed as if she didn't want to treat me. I tried to talk to her about the pain I was experiencing on the left side of my face and jaw and she said it sounded like fibromyalgia. That was the end of the conversation. I stayed with her long enough to fix the 2 teeth I was having pain with but in the end, she didn't fix the problem and my pain continued. She was not empathetic at all and didn't really seem to care that I came to her because I was in pain and needed her help.
