Getting cavities filled, getting root canals, or even getting teeth pulled are not the most stressful things I face when going to the dentist. But rather, the most stressful thing for me, as a blind person with severe hearing loss, is anticipating how the staff will respond to me with these challenges. When I recently visited Pasadena Dental Group to have two teeth extracted, the staff alleviated me of that stress by the positive ways in which they communicated and interacted with me. The office seemed filled with energy and enthusiasm. Dr. Garrett did a fantastic job extracting two of my teeth. He described to me what was happening throughout the procedure and seemed to aim his voice at my right ear so I could hear him better. I would highly recommend Pasadena Dental Group to anyone needing dental work.

I want to share the amazing experience I had at Pasadena Dental Group on August 15, 2026. I was experiencing severe pain after having a root canal procedure done by another endodontic specialist. I was in so much pain that I called Pasadena Dental Group, and to my amazement, I had the opportunity to speak directly with the dentist over the phone. They were able to see me, and I ultimately needed an extraction. From the moment I arrived, the dentist was professional, kind, compassionate, and respectful. The entire office environment was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The staff were happy, caring, and made me feel comfortable during a very difficult and painful experience. For anyone who feels nervous or afraid of going to the dentist, I highly recommend checking out Pasadena Dental Group. They truly made a stressful situation much easier for me. I have decided to change my dental office and will be returning to Pasadena Dental Group for all of my dental care, both now and in the future. In all my years of going to dentists, this place was the best experience I’ve ever had. They took me in on an emergency to extract a tooth. Dr. Alex and his assistant, Emily, were amazing. They answered every question I had, they went above and beyond for me. I seriously recommend this place.

Dental Techs are very friendly and helpful. Have been going since I moved to the area and it's always a positive experience. Dr. Sapienza is a young but extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable dentist. Make your appointment, you will not be disappointed. I'm usually afraid of dentists but so far it has been an excellent experience.

Always excellent care at PDG. This visit was a non-emergency situation and I was delighted to find that Dr. Garrett was able to see me within an hour. The time "in the chair" was less than 30 minutes and still the service (reattaching a crown) was detailed, professional, and complete.

I will always be grateful for the treatment received from Dr. Sapienza and his entire staff. We had an emergency where my wife was in extreme pain and Dr. Sapienza made sure he got her in and took very good care of her. The receptionist and all the rest of the staff are amazing! Everyone is very professional, courteous, and very friendly. Pasadena Dental Group is best place to go! Dr. Sapienza and his staff care about what they are doing and they’re very good at it. They’re the best!!

I had once been to Pasadena Dental when I first moved here and always had a wonderful experience there. I don't know why but for some reason I changed and then my daughter referred me back to them and I am glad. The staff was very nice and my hygienist was great and easy on my teeth while cleaning. Hello Community readers! This review may be a little lengthy, but the important part is the first and last of this review. We don't give tips to HCP, so I feel a review is a healthy component to give recognition for a job well done. Dr. Alex has won my trust in the care of my teeth with his craft of dentristry. I had to have two crowns on the second molars ( the ones all the way in the back). I am not one that is horribly anxious about needles, as this is necessary for the procedure, but I can say, that part of the process was well managed and eased any fear I had of experiencing break through pain. I am very particular about my teeth. I had worry that my bite would never feel the same or that I would have that tangible presence of a foreign object in my teeth. Dr Alex addressed my concerns and misconceptions that I openly discussed with him, giving me optimism in his capabilities to do a superb service to my expectations. He fine tuned those crowns to feel as my bite did before. I am 4 days out from having my second crown done and I couldn't be any more impressed with the outcome. Thank you Dr. Alex! Thank you Emily and Cris, you were great at explaining the tasks you perform in preparing me for Dr. Alex. The reception is welcoming (thank you Chelsea) and the appointment times are accurate enough that you don't suffer long waiting periods. The environment is clean and modern. I would highly recommend Pasadena Dental Group for dental care. Keep up the good work and service you provide for a healthy happy smile 😁👍🏻

I’ve consistently had great experiences here. My dentist, who is now retired but still practices here, has always provided the absolute best care. She’s honest, thorough, professional, and genuinely a joy to talk with. I’ll continue coming here for my routine dental care because I trust her judgment, and she’s given her full approval of this office, the dentists, and the staff. The entire team is professional and makes you feel well taken care of. They’ve also recently renovated, and the space is now even nicer, clean, organized, and welcoming. It’s a thoughtful touch that they offer beverages and coffee while you wait as well. Highly recommend.
