Great team from the front office to the Dr. Elizabeth very professional and they all make the experience a joy to go to the dentist. I am very impressed with all the staff and they do an excellent job in preventive care and serious dental problems. I had a bridge put in and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend the practice!

Worst dental experience of my life. I got a crown done here a few years ago which resulted in irreversible pulpitis and only options root canal or tooth removal. The dentist doing my crown kept hitting my gums causing excessive bleeding, she would leave her tech to do work while she would leave the room every few minutes to see other patients. I was in their chair for hours for both the temp crown and the actual crown placement. So disappointing at the time and even more so now seeing the result of someone being either careless or incompetent at their job. The hygienist were always really friendly and did a good job otherwise. This is an issue I have with the actual dentist. Dont remember her name, just that she was a short dark hair female.

I visited Arrowhead Family Dentistry on May 18, 2026, for a routine cleaning under a new insurance plan. Despite providing my updated information prior to the appointment, I was told upon arrival that it could not be validated. When I attempted to assist by sharing specific details from my own recent call with Delta Dental, the receptionist (Cece) was extremely rude and condescending, treating me as a burden for asking questions and trying to resolve the issue. Because of this communication failure, I began my appointment completely unaware of my coverage status. After being asked to take X-rays, I had to physically leave the chair to return to the front desk to ask for an update. I was tersely told it had been validated—meaning the staff had the information but made zero effort to inform me. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. My last three appointments have featured similarly terrible experiences with the front reception staff. They have become increasingly rude and defensive whenever asked basic, standard questions regarding insurance charges and coverage. During this last visit, I explicitly informed Mary Ann and Dr. Elizabeth that I would not be scheduling my six-month follow-up due to this ongoing hostility. They acknowledged the feedback, admitted this was not the first time they had received these complaints, and assured me the office manager would call me to discuss the matter. To date, no one has reached out. While the clinical and back-of-house staff are absolutely amazing, the unprofessionalism and poor customer service at the front desk are unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I did a review two years ago about how great this place was. It is now the complete opposite. The office staff is rude and rushed for sure. Not knowledgeable when I booked my appointment asking to do my cleanings they should’ve told me that i was going to need a whole new exam etc! Bc I moved about 45-50 mins away and i was only coming here bc it was the last place I did my exam. The lady at the front just huffs and puffs and is rude and short. (Wouldn’t recommend if you already have dental anxiety) hygienist was 15 minutes late to call me back. This place is nothing like it was and its unfortunate: do not go here if you like wasting time 🙂

I had a great experience with Arrowhead Family Dentistry. I was experiencing some pain and they were able to get me in fast. They did not make me wait in the lobby forever either. I think my wait time in the lobby was about 5 minutes and I arrived early. They diagnosed my problem fast and even found the time to fix it then. Everyone at the office was wonderful. I am now pain free and have found my forever dentist. I’ll never go anywhere else.

My son is 6 and started losing his baby teeth, we changed dentist and he was very nervous. We had a wonderful experience. The hygienist Brittany was super friendly and made my son feel comfortable. Dr. Eric has very personable. We felt very lucky to have such a nice people help us. From the receptionist to the Doctor it was a great experience. My husband and I both signed up to have them as our dentist.
