Swish Dental - Pflugerville

First time I went to Swish dental care in Pflugerville, Jeri the dental hygienist was so patient, thorough and had such a great personality. I actually didn’t mind being at the dentist office. I have changed Dentist many times because I’ve never quite felt comfortable. The office staff and the assistance are super welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Owen Stone is absolutely stellar! In fact, I have been so comfortable that I got Invisalign and I am almost at the end of my treatment. The results have been amazing! I highly recommend trying out this facility. Thank you, Swish dental of Pflugerville!

Swish in Pflugerville was excellent! From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, jot forgetting Dr. Stone! I was so anxious for my procedure and they made me feel incredibly comfortable. Everyone there was calm, collected that it made the process super easy. Recommend 110%!

I had a gingivitis cleaning today, and Jery made me feel so comfortable with her calming and fun presence. She continuously checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the procedure and shared so many helpful tips and great advice for taking care of my gums at home. The dentist introduced himself right away and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. I also got to see a 3D scan of my teeth for the first time, which was really interesting. My hygienist went above and beyond by showing me how to properly floss around my implant, something no one had ever taken the time to explain before. The office is clean and welcoming, and the treatment areas in particular felt very fresh. The only downside was the lobby deodorizer. It was quite strong and a bit overwhelming. Aside from that, everything else was great. The billing team was friendly and efficient, and they quickly provided a clear breakdown of recommended future treatments. Overall, a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be back.

The office is clean, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere, which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Stone was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I truly felt like they cared about my experience and not just the procedure. I had an extraction done that I had been putting off for a while and not once did I feel judged or shamed by the team. I went from feeling embarrassed to feeling empowered. Which is a big jump given my anxiety towards dentists. The financial team came in and broke down all the prices for me and the estimate was triaged for me in terms of priority for my needs. I had a fantastic experience at Swish Dental's Pflugerville office. I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth whitened and they did an incredible job. Monica's attention to detail during set up to ensure maximum comfort was impeccable. Dr. Stone, stopped by after the procedure to ensure I was happy with the results and discuss after care to achieve the optimal outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Stone & his team, they're simply phenomenal.

Had to find a new dentist and ended up trying Swish Dental. Getting an appointment was easy, they took my insurance and prices seems reasonable. All of the staff is very friendly and took it easy on me during the cleaning because I have sensitive teeth. Office is also very clean!
