Dental Assistant Ady and Dr. R were excellent. Very skilled and personable. I am a new patient and felt as if I was getting honest and highly experienced care. The staff here is very professional. Truly recommend, they are refreshing from my 26 year previous experience with my past practice.

Great experience with this dentist. Ady the assistant was so sweet and Dr. Rizvi was so thorough. She took her time to get to know me and explained the whole treatment plan with great detail and compassion. They did test that were never done at any other dentist ive been to so that they can achieve the best dental plan for me. Highly recommend!

My first visit at dentist for life came for a consultation and the cleaning. I had the ability to meet Betty hygienist. She was wonderful terrific explaining all the details I had no phobia no paranoia which I have a tendency then I have the consultation with Dr. Rixie and Dr. Alina explaining all the details that I have that I was not aware from crown replacement to root canals to some cavities and I had some work done two years ago I could not be any more happy and relax, and I can only say is people should come to this practice here this is a family that cares and loves what they’re doing and I am super happy and I definitely be here probably for the rest of my needs. I had my dental visit with Dr. Karla Platzer on Friday, May 22, and I can honestly say this was the BEST dental experience I have ever had. Before my appointment even took place, I reached out with concerns and past issues I had experienced with my previous dentist for over five or six years. The day before my visit, the receptionist immediately listened to every concern I had, stayed on top of communication, followed up with me, and truly made me feel heard. That level of care and professionalism completely blew my mind because genuine communication like that is very rare these days. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated. What stood out the most was that nobody rushed me. They actually took the time to sit down, talk with me, and have an open conversation. That meant more to me than words can explain. Dr. Karla Platzer and her entire team were patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, peaceful, organized, and full of positive energy. For the first time in years, I left a dental office feeling confident, relieved, and thankful. I can honestly say this is now my dental office for life. I will be returning for all of my dental care, and I will also be bringing my husband and my daughters because the experience was truly that amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Dr. Karla Platzer and the entire staff for restoring my trust and making me feel genuinely cared for. You all have gained a lifelong patient!

I did a search for a local holistic dentist and after the first visit for my adult daughter today, I will be making the switch to this professional and amazing office for my whole families dentistry. The staff from start to finish were professional , patient, kind , and accommodating! The office is immaculate and they have state of the art and holistic treatment and equipment. The team really takes the time to educate you and answer questions without making you feel rushed. The assistants, doctors, and business staff all worked together so seamlessly and made the process so easy to understand. Anaya was such a huge help throughout everything. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure all my concerns were handled right away. The level of customer service in this office is honestly unmatched. Highly recommend if you want a dental office that truly cares about patient experience.

This was an amazing experience. The doctor found build up that my previous dentist had not identified which resulted in a deep cleaning. Saira helped me through the appointment and was very thorough and kind during the treatment. I love this place and trust their opinions and pricing is also reasonable.

Madhu makes patients feel welcome and comfortable like you’re a family member. She thoroughly explains all of the post- treatment instructions that the patient needs to follow. Dr. Alina provides all treatment options so that the patient may make an informed decision. I’ve been a patient since October 2025 and I’m extremely pleased with all the dental care I have received here. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch dental care.
