I had a wonderful experience during my dental cleaning. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and organized. The dentist took the time to check everything and answer my questions. I truly appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend this office!

I'm updating my review to share my ongoing experience. I've been coming here for over 30 years, since I was a kid, and I couldn't recommend a dentist more highly. The entire team is consistently kind and understanding. Over the years, I have recommended several people to see Dr. Grant and his team, and everyone has reported back with positive experiences. I always know that I—and anyone I refer—will be well taken care of. If you experience anxiety about dental visits, Dr. Grant and his team are exceptional at putting you at ease. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable throughout your appointment. If something doesn't feel right after your visit, they are always extremely accommodating and quick to resolve any issues. The front desk team is always kind and considerate. I especially appreciate Jennifer Zerr, an amazing dental hygienist who is exceptionally skilled at working with patients like myself who have dental anxiety. I recently had more extensive work done by Dr. Grant, assisted by Hannah, who was fabulous, kind, and attentive—just like all of Dr. Grant's staff. I truly can't recommend Dr. Grant and his team highly enough, whether you're nervous about dental appointments or simply want a dental office you can trust. You will be well cared for here. Also, their lip balm at the front desk is great!.

This has been the best dental experience I have ever had throughout the years. Everyone at the office is kind and personable. I look forward to all of my family’s appointments so I get the chance to say hi and see Benny. Although I’m sure all the dental hygienist are great, Sam just happens to be the one that works on me, she’s the best!! I cannot recommend Dr, Grant and his crew at Prairie Village dentist enough.

My visit was great from when I walked in to when I walked out. Natalie was great to work with, she made my first visit very smooth. She was knowledgeable and thorough with the exam and answered all the questions I had, she also had a great attitude for it being so early in the morning! Dr. Grant was also great, he answered all the follow up questions I had and gave me a run down of how my teeth are, why they are the way they are, and solutions on how to better my oral hygiene, while also diving into other things that would benefit me in the future. The front desk ladies were a joy, they all did a fabulous job of making it not feel like “another dentist appointment.” If you are searching for a new dentist I couldn’t recommend them enough!

She took the time to discuss all my concerns and catered the experience to my preferences. Dr Smith was exceptional as well. Took the time to get to know me and asked questions. Unlike other dentists offices that feel like a factory, this place feels like the kind of dentists offices I remember as a kid. Caring. Personal. Local.

This was honestly one of the best dentist appointments I’ve ever had. I came in feeling nervous because there was a time in my life where I didn’t take the best care of my teeth, but the entire team was so reassuring, kind, and completely non-judgmental. They took the time to explain everything to me, gave me great advice, and helped me leave with a clear and realistic plan to restore my smile. I felt genuinely cared for and supported the whole time. The front desk staff were also amazing and helped me understand my insurance while working around my busy schedule for follow-up appointments. You can really tell everyone there loves what they do. Their attention to detail, patient care, and up-to-date technology is something that’s rare to find. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist who truly cares and I’m excited to continue my journey restoring my smile with them. Thank you to the whole team!

Natalie Hill, Grant Smith, and team went above and beyond for my care today! Today’s appointment was a new patient evaluation. They were extremely thorough with patient education and gave me a comprehensive plan for my dental health. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I felt very valued and heard. Very clean environment and front desk is very transparent with pricing, future costs, and more. I plan to have dental cleaning and filling completed by them next month and have full trust in their care. My husband and I strongly recommend this practice.
