The Dental Office Of Prosper and Orthodontics

I had 3 visits to this office. I was out of pocket over a $1,000 after insurance for the fisrt two visits. The third visit was also designed for over $1,300. They refused to perform a regular cleaning and recommended a deep scale cleaning for $600 after insurance. So, I felt skeptical and decided not to receive any treatment and had to seek another provider to verify their recommendations. The other provider did the exam and x-rays and found no issues.

Tried this place for over a year with nothing but headaches. We scheduled new patient appointments for routine cleanings and go to our appointments and they just do an “evaluation” and won’t clean our teeth. Tell us we have to come back for that.. 1 year later Husband comes in and they require payment up front and won’t see him without payment. He drove an hour to get there. Nobody called him ahead of time to advise him of this so he left and was not seen… It was just for a routine cleaning… I had an appointment reminder and I texted back that I needed to reschedule and they texted back that I had to call for that. I decided against it so I just decided to keep the appointment. I show up and they said they canceled my appointment… They did not inform me of the cancellation. So I drove an hour to get there to also not be seen… done with them.

I made appointment with Dr D.. for two of my children one after the other early morning. The receptionist asked me for $100 deposit for each. She did not specify what was that for and I thought it was for the treatment. Unfortunate my daughter did not want to show up for the appointment because she did not agree with the treatment and because of that we lost the $100 that they call it deposit. Nor does my son wants to show up because he's not okay with the treatment so we lost $200. I've never seen a dentist to ask for $200 to secure his appointments. So you win $200 but you lost three people. I won't be back again.

I wish I would have been seeing Dr Do and his staff since moving to TX many many years ago. Dr Do himself evaluated my mouth, gave clear and concise answers about my imaging and concerns, and helped me plan a dental follow up schedule that was well within my budget (first for that w dental offices!). His staff genuinely cared and engaged w me on a personal level and answered all questions. I know why Ashley is a favored hygienist with the patients. Kind, funny, efficient and did a terrific job! You will not be disappointed with anything at this office!

As someone with severe anxiety for any dental work and past dental trauma, I had a very positive experience at this office. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, which helped ease my fears. Dr. Gupta was patient, explained everything clearly, and did not pressure me into any treatment. Instead, she recommended monitoring and considering treatment only if needed in the future. Despite my extremely sensitive teeth, hygienist Sneha performed the cleaning very gently and kept checking to ensure I was comfortable.if I can give her 10 star that would be even less according to how she worked with me today The entire staff, including the front desk, was kind, attentive, and supportive. Thank you to everyone for making me feel safe and comfortable. For the first time, I no longer feel scared about visiting the dentist.

I could not wait to make this post when I first walked in there. I’m like oh God they gonna charge me 1,000 because i have already seen about 4 dentist office came examined my mouth. Staff was awesome. The dentist is amazing so I’m just saying when you’re thinking that there is no one out there to help you go Dr Do
