Advanced Dental Professionals: Rapid City Family Dentist

I was so happy with Margo who cleaned my teeth for me. She was so kind, and took a personal interest. She also explained what she was doing when she did it and why-- which I always appreciate. I have TMD and she was extremely careful and cautious. She always checked in on my comfort level. I asked her to focus on some staining of my lower teeth, and she was so incredibly thorough. She really took her time and COMPLETELY removed the stains better than I've ever experienced before. I feel like a million bucks 🤗 Always a pleasant experience at Advanced Dental Professionals.

Advanced Dental is the PREMIER dental office in my opinion in the Rapid City area. They will only perform the necessary procedures and inform you of any up coming issues they see. Hygienists are the best of the four offices I have used in the forty years I’ve lived here. Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed with our experience at Advanced Dental Professionals. From the initial call to schedule and now to our first visit today, I couldn’t have been more happy with our care. My three year old had her first dental appointment ever and any potential of dental anxiety was alleviated quickly by the kindness of our hygienist, Anne, and Dr. Lemmon. I have my own slew of dental anxieties as an adult and truly had one of the best appointments I’ve ever had today and didn’t feel anxious once. Highly recommend Advanced Dental!

My experience has and always has been great. Scheduling an appointment is easy and there is never a long wait in the waiting room. My service has been very professional from all I have come in contact with. Everyone explains all procedures to me and is very curious. The care is excellent. As a matter of fact more than excellent. I would recommend these dentist and dental hygienists to anyone.

I've been a patient for almost 20 years and the staff of Advanced Dental are among the best that I have encountered in 60+ years on this rock. They are always straight up in there assessments and make sure that you understand as well before you leave the office. Special shout-out to Tami and Sammy, two superstar hygienists, and of course to Dr. Studer and Lemmon, two top notch professionals. Thank you to the front desk people also for making appointment setting and bill management very easy.

The dentists and hygienist staff are wonderful. The front desk receptionist/financial coordinator is rude and condescending. I had an interaction with her regarding a billing issue that I ended up being correct about in January. When I emailed the office manager (sent to an email address that the receptionist gave me) on January 23, 2026, I expected some response within a few days, even if it was just a quick "I'm sorry for your experience." It has been well over a month - closer to six weeks) and have received no response. I ended up canceling my appointment (Feb 26, 2026) with their office because of the complete lack of professional behavior.
